This has the potential to be our new favorite place to eat and drink. Every drink made by the bartender has been fantastic and the food is excellent. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is that both times I have ordered sandwiches, the amount of fries that come with the sandwich is very small-almost a child sized portion for an adult meal. I’m not sure if it’s a cost saving measure…but I would gladly pay more for the meal if it came with a more normal amount of fries.

Food is sub par. Waitress was attentive. Atmosphere is nice. Definitely just needs better food. Don’t let the website photos fool you. The Honey BBQ shrimp and rice was awful. It was like they poured sauce straight from the grocery store onto frozen shrimp and microwaved Jasmine rice and charged $15 for it. The Locomotive burger legit came out with 2 pieces of bacon and a slice of cheese. Nothing special.

The food was good. The server was great. It’s just that it took about an hour to get the appetizer, and they weren’t that crowded. The chicken wings were great, and the burgers were good, just a little over cooked. Hopefully, they can just get that kitchen time down.

We went to Railhouse Saturday evening for a couple of drinks and dinner. When we went in, there were many open tables and places at the bar. We were a party of 4. We went to the small countertop table and we’re getting ready to sit down, when a waitress appeared immediately and told us that they weren’t seating anyone, as the wait was over an hour. She did not offer anything else. Just stood there. This could have been handled so differently. Perhaps she could have asked us what she could get for us, as they weren’t seating anyone for food at the moment. We could have made our own decision then.

EAT HERE. THE FOOD IS SO GOOD. We accidentally found this restaurant while traveling, and it was amazing. We got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap (with fries and a side of ranch). You can tell the ingredients are super fresh, the lettuce had the perfect crunch to it, and the sauce had enough heat without being uncomfortably spicy. Temperature was perfect. The fries and ranch were great too! And it was only $14.50 for the wrap, fries, and an iced tea. Plus tip and all that of course, but less than $20 per person for food that tastes that good?! 5 stars all day.

Third time in, I don’t know what has changed but whatever happened it’s working and to a T. The Locomotive burger was out FN standing!! Cooked as ordered, the fries were perfect. Beer was cold, food was great, service was awesome. Stop in. It’s money well spent.
