I’m always hesitant to give an amazing review to a quiet, beautiful restaurant where magic happens because I know if enough folks do the same, the quiet goes away, the magic is challenged and it can get gobbled up in trendy over use. It’s a risk that must be taken though, because this place DEMANDS respect with it’s incredible food and staff!

The food here is very good! The sweet water noodles are probably my favorite. If you like chewier, thicker, more al-dente handmade noodles, sweet water noodles are for you. The handmade wontons in mala were also wonderful. I highly recommend both of these.

You really can’t go wrong ordering any item from their menu. The food is tasty and homemade. The place is relatively small and cozy, and there is usually a wait. But they have a waitlist so you don’t have to crowd around the entrance.

I tried two noodles – Nine Way and Sweet Water – and nearly finished them by myself because they were both so good. Taking a small amount home for later. The staff is super nice too! Don’t hesitate – eat here! The prepared hot pot looks really good too.

One of my absolute favorite spots anywhere in the US— period. We recently lived in mainland China, so finding a restaurant with authentic Chengdu-style Sichuan was a top priority. The Zajiang noodles with peas, nine way noodles, soups, wontons, dumplings— all delicious with the signature numbing from the Sichuan peppers. The secret here, though, is the “sweet water noodle”— or tian shui mian. Dear God— this used to be my favorite dish in all of China. I’ve looked all over the states to try and find somebody who makes this. Nine Way is seriously the only place I’ve found (so far). It’s typically a Chengdu snack— we basically eat it as dessert . Thank you, Nine Way, for making this seriously complicated dish! We loveeee it, all of your food, and the sincerely kind team y’all have that always takes great care of us. See y’all soon and thank you!!

I haven’t been to the restaurant but I ordered delivery everyday. As been born and grown in Sichuan, this is fantastically same tastes as in my hometown. i don’t usually write reviews but it definitely worth it!

I give 4 star doesn’t mean they are not perfect, it’s because they are perfect fine food you can have daily, nothing special and nothing much you can improve. I have to say the quality are actually good, I am really picky in wonton.

Really good Chinese noodles. I recommend the “Nine Way Noodles.” I lived in asia for several years and I felt this place was VERY authentic. Nice atmosphere too.
