Employees watched while we waited in line, then closed the store while we were standing there waiting. They gave no notice, didn’t say “we’re closing soon” or anything, just turned off the lighted sign and wagged a finger at us. Super rude.

I’m never going to this popeyes again. I’ve been here 2 times. The first time, I simply thought they were having a bad day. This time around..now I know better. If you like old dry cold chicken. Go here. But that’s not what we pay for and the employees DO NOT care. At all. They will grab the dry old crusty cold dried out chicken and give it to you anyway. Buyer beware!

-10 stars if i could. I asked for ketchup and hot sauce 7x in their faces yet i see none in the bag. I asked for a special request, fresh food with extra sauce extra pickle on the sandwich but the old hispanic lady yells saying they don’t do that when really theyre just being lazy. Disgusting service. I asked for fresh and they grab whatever is already prepared and the food is disgustingly cold. I watch them literally grab whatever meat they saw lying on the table even after telling them i want it fresh.

The only reason I gave one star is because there was one young woman working hard. I didn’t even order food from here I was picking up a delivery. Another older woman had mistakenly made the wrong order so the order I was waiting for was not ready. No apology just wait 5 mins. I ended up waiting 20 mins for two apple pies. The workers were arguing with each other in front of customers. There were other customers waiting for food as well. The wait times are horrible, the customer service is horrible.
