They served the entire family their dishes first and my pizza came out 40 minutes later. By that time the family had ended up eating and I felt rushed to eat. The quality of food was not as expected. Disappointing.

The only reason this is receiving 2 stars is for the atmosphere. Went here to meet someone for the first time. Came inside, grabbed a place to sit waiting for the person to arrive. Was already asked twice if I was ready to order before the other person arrived. When she finally arrived we barely had a moment to talk about what we wanted or to even get acquainted when we were pressured at least 4 more times to order…. so we did.

Called to try and order a couple pizzas, I’m in town for work so I’ve never ordered here before, so when I was trying to make the order I had to put it on speakerphone so I can look at the menu and say the things I was wanting to order, she literally gave me no time to be able to do that and was being really rude about it, hate the service. One thing you have to have with customer service is patience, and they 100% lack that. Do not recommend

Old world Chicago Style Pizza I got the Stuffed Pizza and it was delicious I ordered a large but it was too much for one sitting it took me 3 days to pretty much eat it all but this place is a great place to get a deep dish Chicago Style Pizza.

Y 87 year old relative ordered pizza for a party…it was obviously made way too early in advance. The sausage was hard on top, it had a weird taste and several people got sick from it!

This is a charming, family-friendly Italian restaurant. It was very quiet and the food tasted good. My only complaint would be the service… There were only a few patrons in the entire restaurant and it took about 25 minutes for my entree to come out. Perhaps it just took that long to cook it? The servers could have smiled a little more too – acted like they enjoyed their job. I liked the spumoni ice cream!

It pains me to leave this review, because I have so many fond memories of this restaurant. My family has been coming to this restaurant longer than I’ve been around, so at least 30 years. Growing up the service was always prompt and welcoming, and the food was always good. I cannot say that any longer. My wife and I dined here for the last time. Our eggplant Parmigan was tough to the point of being difficult to cut, let alone chew. When my wife tried to send hers back, a man I assume was the manager came out and began speaking to us as If children. “Well we fry our eggplant, so it’s going to be crispy, not soft” there is a far difference between crispy and difficult to cut with a steak knife. The owner my grandparents have known for decades would never treat a customer this way, this is not the place I remember.
