The food and service were both excellent. Some of you cheapskates need to understand that it costs money to rent the space in a truck stop and it’s often a bit pricey depending on location (Welcome to California). So yes, the prices are higher here than at a standalone location.

Went in and their machines were acting up. She told me that my transaction didn’t go through so we tried a different form of payment. I checked my accounts and it went through on both. Told her and she said it will fall off the next day which it didn’t so we were charged twice. Went back and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that it happens all the time. Warning that if their machines aren’t working WALK AWAY AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY IT DIDN’T GO THROUGH. They are aware of the problem and aren’t doing anything about it.

1 star does not even come close to the definition of the service I received from Tiana. Why ask if you want your food to go or for here, when you get the opposite. Then ask nicely to get it for here. This woman then rudely plops my food on a tray(still in the to go bag). Doesn’t say anything, and gives me a dirty look. Look to replace poor employees or this customer will find other venues for food.

Ordered a supreme burrito. Tasted very delicious. Surprisingly good to be a fast food place. I was surprised by the size though. It’s much smaller than man I would expect based on previous places I’ve ordered burritos, but then again it was significantly cheaper, so probably should have expected it. The order was delivered very fast.

Ordered vegan Crunchwrap and took my first bite and couldn’t find the beans. So I took the food to the counter and the lady who prepared the food had to dig looking for the beans to show me that she did put some in. She said she is to only put one small scoop. I’m sorry I never had a bean Crunchwrap that tasted mostly of a salad in a tortilla. She offered to make another one for me and I took her up on it. Well my first but into it the cheese burned my tongue and the beans were flowing in bean juice that was watered down. horrible service horrible food stay away.
