Apparently this location is serving side orders in a small white Styrofoam container, which I wish they could avoid and simply use other containers that they have on hand for other menu items, even if those are larger.

Worst place to pick up uber orders…so here is what happened.. we were picking up an uber order around 8:30 pm and I believe this place closes at 9pm. The place was already closed with the lights off but the two people working were wrapping up… we tried to tell them that we were here to pick up an uber order… and they just ignored us.. we tried to communicate time and again and they kept saying we are closed. Finally one guy came near the door and we asked him to at least just listen to us as we cannot cancel the order… there was another uber driver who was trying to communicate with them and still the same…finally we called the customer who placed the order and requested them to cancel it and we left … the whole episode was very frustrating. The entire episode could have been avoided if they could have just been a little considerate and at least listened to us that we were not there to dine but just pick the order. This was a horrible experience. I am not a regular there but I would only suggest if there could be better customer service.

I’ve ordered from this location a few times and I’m always wondering why I go back. This is my last time going. I ordered a taco salad. I had to take it out of the box because there was so much liquid in the bottom. My salad was also a soupy mess and the shell fell apart.

No need to ever go to Chipotle or Moe’s again with Bubbakoo’s so close to home. Their ingredients and meats are always fresh and always delicious. My wife is very picky when it comes to fast food meats and even she’s a raving fan. But the biggest reason I’m a fan of THIS Bubbakoo’s in particular is the staff. It’s clear they enjoy going to work and they care for each other… and naturally that comes off to customers. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

I usually love eating here but unfortunately I haven’t been satisfied with the past few orders. I ordered a chiwawa bowl with chicken…there was no meat in it at all. I also requested to have sour cream added and there was none. I also ordered a bowl with chicken and they decided to put sour cream on that one which made it almost inedible. I even made it a meal and added salsa but I wasn’t given any salsa. I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews because I know how overwhelming things can get but something has been forgotten every time I’ve ordered from this location, and eating here isn’t cheap.

Honestly I had the best experience here ❤️❤️ Suzette is amazing and has the best customer service! We came from Canada and she made our trip. She made everything fresh for us and was very friendly and patient. I would love to come back but only when she’s here. I will always come back just for her kindness and smile and service.

It’s not the cleanest place, the white rice is always mushy and sticky and the stuff is usually luke warm when I get it. I do like it as a chipotle alternative, but it’s not perfect.
