Went to the drive threw and sat there for about 2 minutes maybe longer, no one said anything so we pulled up to the window. There were 2 females just sitting there they did not look pleased. Looked at us like we were a problem. Horrible horrible business. Got our food way fast for what we ordered, kinda scary. Food was slapped together and stale. So sad, it’s so hard to find anyone who cares about the work. I posted a photo of just one of the burritos we ordered. We had 6 people me my husband one our 4 kids.

Wouldn’t give any stars. The five ppl working are all high or sleep deprived, the cashier didn’t give any of us our correct change and we had to tell what the amount was. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones in the lobby.

We sat at the drive through waiting for someone to acknowledge that we were there. I one said anything so we drive to the window. They looked at us like we were in the wrong. After explaining what happened they took my order. The food came out and was horrible. My wife had gotten a burrito but there was literally no meat at all. She had the slightest but if cheese and a flour tortilla. The other tacos were cold and stale. My 9 year old son would not even eat it. Was a huge waste of 40 dollars. I will never go back to this Taco Bell. The owners of this establishment should be ashamed of them selves for running such a poor business.

Tried to go here a few times & it doesn’t appear they’re interested in serving food. On one occasion the employees were outside taking pictures of a rainbow while there was a line in the drive-thru. After waiting about 5 mins without anyone taking our orders, the lady in the car in front of me rolled up to the window & asked if they were serving food & they said no, so we all drove away. I waited a couple weeks before going back but this time the lobby was locked & I couldn’t see anyone inside. It was 8pm & again people were driving away from the drive-thru without any service. Don’t know what’s going on here but it would be nice if they just put out the closed sign when they don’t want to or can’t serve food.

Every table in the store was dirty. The floors had food all over it. The meat was bland and the taco shell was horrid. All I could taste was old taco shell. Employees watched me wet napkins from the fountain and wipe down the table. No apologies or help.

Quality of food at this store varies widely from visit to visit. I’ve never expected much from a Taco Bell, but there are definately some folks working here that care nothing about producing a quality or consistent product. Woman tonight (7/23/23) spend as much time looking at her phone as she did preparing and packaging food – and didn’t change gloves after reaching into her pocket and/or handling her phone many times. Kids eating this evening’s purchase didn’t like the burnt burrito shells, the lack of food inside, and the majority of the food ended up in the trash. They said that tonight’s order was the worst they’ve ever had from any Taco Bell. Weekend evening visits to this location seem to have always a disappointment. Height of the store’s order kiosks is suitable only for children, midgets, or wheelchair users.

The customer service was poor. Don’t expect to get what you pay for. I ordered a meal and also ordered chips and cheese dip for my son. They put 5 chips in the bag. It was not even full and when asked to fill it up (considering they charge for the chips) they said no. That’s all is comes with and shut the window on us. Rude. Go the extra couple miles to the other location. This one is terrible every time we go. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Tea is not put out, instead one is only made for drive thru so you must ask them for certain drinks. Usually there is no one to assist you as the team is set on making food only. The kiosks are relied on heavily if you want to make an order. Recently there is someone to take cash at the front, but you will have to wait usually to grab the manager for anything not ordered on the kiosk. The food is good though

Stopped and got me a grilled cheese burrito box mins before they closed. To the young man that handed me the box, if you made that for me, you need a promotion and a 401k for that. Probably the best taco bell I’ve ever had. Wish I would’ve caught his name so he could get the recognition he needs for that. ✌️
