I had high hopes of this spot and it didn’t disappoint at all. I asked if they had a buffalo chicken sandwich(no where in Elizabeth city seems to have one) and although it wasn’t on the menu, he said he could make me one. It was amazing, the bun was nicely toasted and the chicken was fresh and good along with the crinkle seasoned fries. I’ll definitely be back.

We ate the Mac and cheese so fast that we didn’t have a chance to take a picture. Literally had to drink it. Oh. My. Gosh. It was slap yo mama good. The Turkey and pork chops were great too. Be sure to slather them with gravy. It’s the bomb. Thanks Christian for making our pick-up experience so much fun!!!

Let me start by saying there open till 3am usually! The mac & cheese is the best I’ve ever had. The onion rings were huge, and fresh. This is my new favorite spot. More people need to know about Oh Yard Boyz definitely give them a try, and don’t forget to get some mac & cheese!

So Christian has been a friend for awhile. My wife and I ordered a side dish to take to a potluck dinner at a friend’s house. These are the best home-style, traditional, real southern cooked green beans. They taste like my granddaddy’s green beans. They are some great eating. I could eat nothing but a huge bowl of these green beans and be perfectly content.

I ordered the chicken Philly fries and my husband ordered the wings. We both agreed that this is, hands down, the best food in EC. The chicken was tender and flavorful. I can’t wait to try more of their menu items. We are going back for dinner tonight. Highly recommend them.
