This isn’t the first time this has happened. I couldn’t remember who it was that often sent us overcooked/ burnt pizza’s and now I do remember. I wanted to switch it up once from my usual spot and not I’m left with nothing but acid reflux and regret. Their X-Lg pies are the same size as others largest but somehow the slices are smaller. Do what you will but hopefully this here will remind me next time on who to rule out.

I was a very frequent customer long time & my household. Today at my hungriest, I sent my kids to get my steak & veggie Stromboli & it even stormed on them in the way back. They came back with a Stromboli with no steak! The nice woman who answered confirmed they messed up and offered to deliver it corrected two blocks away to my home. It took an hour and twenty minutes. While cleaning up flood damage for two days, and hungry all day, this isn’t the service I expected or hoped for. From my normal go to food place! My husband orders here more than anyone. Very saddened I was so hungry and just & needed my order the most & more reasonably timed to make up for the admitted mishap. I had to keep calling to get an update too and wait for other deliveries. I did not want a veggie Stromboli. The offer to deliver right away was nice but took way too long to justify.

I been ordering here for years. Me and my family love the food here before. Soo I never had a problem until I ordered today. I see they weren’t busy at all and I felt that was strange. I usually see the owner of the place but didn’t see him Soo Im thinking they sold place to different people. But they pizza was not good and the cheesesteak was dry. Only the thing was okay was the wings. This will be the last time ordering here

I ordered a pizza, customer service was excellent when ordering it. I was quoted “give us about 20 minutes” I ordered two large pizza. I got them 1 hour ten minutes later it was burnt, and in less then 20 minutes of having it it turned into a rock. Unfortunately I just took the loss on the pizza, but never ordering again.

I’ve had food delivered from this location multiple times, and they are amazing with the speed of delivery. The order was delivered within 25 minutes. The pizza was perfectly baked, the wings are flavorful, and owner is very accommodating!

I ordered a Buffalo chicken hoagie and I got a hot Buffalo chicken sandwich with one piece of chicken on it called to let them know of the error they said they would deliver me the correct sandwich been waiting 2hours for it the service is not same since the new owners took over will not be returning here!
