We waited in the drive through at the speaker for five minutes and no one even acknowledged us. When we said hello, a female asked if we could please wait. We said yes. Then after a few MORE minutes, they took the order of the car in the lane beside us who had just pulled up. They did not ever acknowledge us. I’d give zero stars if I could. We went to subway.

They always mess up my order. Never get what I ordered. And owers refuses to use their correct address for their mail. McDonald’s address is 411 Brooks Rd, not 411 US Highway 521. I have been trying to get them to change it every since Joe Burger first opened it. But I still get their mail at my house. So McDonald’s if you want your mail come get it. I REFUSE to play mailman and bring it to you ever again.

It’s a McDonalds. They’re very hit or miss at this location when doing curbside pickup. I will either get more order in 2 minutes or 30 minutes, there doesn’t seem to be any in between. Food is always hot and prepared well! Big fan of using the app, it’s great for rewards.
