Absolutely horrendous atmosphere. Employees cursing and ignoring customers so they can gossip rather than assist customers, employees wearing extremely saggy pants with their underwear out for the world to see. Our order was wrong, but we didn’t realize until we got home. Just a totally awful experience & top it off with our food not being prepared correctly etc. Stay far away from this location unless you want to waste money & time.

Our family loves Zaxby’s and we try to stop there when we can. On a drive from Charleston to Charlotte, this location was on our route. When we pulled up we saw many employees out back at 11:50 and wondered why. Apart from two other people waiting on takeout, we were the only people inside. We ordered two kids meals, Kickin chicken meal and I got the Signature Sandwich. It took 19 minutes to get all our food. At one point, I saw the kids meals just sitting there getting cold so I asked for those. The lady up front kept asking them for the rest. A manager came forwarded and said they hadn’t even dropped the sandwich yet. The cashier apologized but that was it. They finally asked if I wanted something else, the Loaded Fries, so I gave in. A lot of people came in after us and got their food ahead of us. As a former Chick-fil-A manager, I know stuff happens but you have to take care of your raving fans. So, the Signature Sandwich didn’t turn out to live up to the name since they couldn’t make it.

Ordered a house salad with fried chicken. What I got was a house salad without chicken. I’m traveling and too tired to go back to the restaurant. Sucks for the price I got cheated out of the chicken. The manager needs to stress the importance of checking the order before giving it to the customer.

Ordered ahead on the app for in store pick up because it said they didn’t close until 11 pm. Get to the store, and the door is locked (it’s only 9:30) with a line for the drive thru about 8 cars long because the employees are in there just standing around. Wait in line for 30 plus minutes to get to the mic to tell them I ordered on the APP. I drive around, and im handed my food. Look through the bag, none of the extra sauces that I PAID for are in the bag and also no fork to use with the loaded fries and had to ask for the large extra drink that I paid for.

Very Very Dirty. No soap available in men’s or women’s restrooms, also was very dirty. Saw employee use restroom … Tossed food out and did not eat, was disgusted. I would avoid this location. Other customers were using the restrooms and then ordering food. Submitted this review because saw similar recent posts and this location needs to prioritize cleanliness for employees and customers. Some positives, lady taking orders was great and very capable.. pink hair. Additionally, the dining area looked clean.

Usually I have a great experience with Zaxby’s. This location was different. When we went to order. They were out of 10 to 15 items. Ok July 4th I get it busy maybe out. We were there 7 tables were dirty with stuff needing washed off. We were only family in there and didn’t seem busy. Then went to rest room and a total disaster. Sticky floors, toilet paper and paper towels every where. Yes people are disrespectful but it dont look like it was touched all day. Food was good bit everything else just wasn’t Zaxby’s standards
