Today I tried a sourdough sandwich with eggs,bacon w/white cheddar cheese was very delicious. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the munchkins was ok kinda dry wouldn’t try them again, the French cruller doughnut was delicious, my drink iced Macchiato was ver bitter I had to go to Starbucks to get the bitter taste out of my mouth.. service was fast and friendly. I gave this location a 2 star due to being over charged by $1.42 (see receipt posted) not sure if that’s a Roseville thing or what just thought it was ridiculous that they don’t let u know

I Would give zero stars if i could. Tables were dirty with crumbs, napkins on the floor. Finger prints and smudges on the windows. With as many children (employees) as there were “working” the lobby should be spotless. I watched as about 7 employees stood around. Blasting inappropriate music on the radio. Seemed to be more interested in each other than addressing the customers. Watched an employee walk in and all the other employees yelling in excitement. My family didn’t even get a welcome in or hello. Then, the cashier just stood there and waited for us to order without any acknowledgment or suggestions.

Ordered through the mobile app, arrived about 7 minutes after we ordered and walked inside. There was one door dasher waiting for her order and then me. The drive thru had about 5 people in it. The staff was super unorganized and said they didn’t have my order but once I showed my order on my phone they found it. So they started working on it, the door dasher said she had been waiting 20 mins for her order but we didn’t order much so I was hoping my experience would be better. We got our 3 drinks fairly quick but they were out of whip cream which is weird but okay. We were waiting for hash browns, a donut, and a chicken bacon croissant. After 10 mins we got our hash browns and donut, then they told me they don’t have the croissant and so as I was going to pick out something else another worker said they have them in the back. The original worker asked if I wanted him to go in the back and get it and i said ummm yes since I ordered it that would be great. So it took another 7 mins for him to get it and make it. We spent almost 30 mins inside after ordering 7 mins before we arrived. This place is a joke. As they were filling other orders they were saying oh well just throw that in there, they’ll eat it, so giving people wrong orders on purpose?? It’s such a disappointment as this is the only location in Roseville.

Good doughnuts; the doughnuts are fluffy and Sweet. Sometimes the iced coffee are great and some other times the drinks are bitter but it just depends on who makes the iced coffee. Overall great service. They like to “close” earlier than their said time.

Maybe it is me but it seems the workers here do not treat their donuts with love. Who puts a glazed donut upside down in the bag? It’s like Donut 101. Would you put a cake upside down on its icing? Hard working people though – just need better training.

Overall they are okay, although the past 3 times I’ve gone they haven’t had the syrups to make my iced coffee (vanilla and carmel). They also ran out of the maple donuts. So I don’t know what is going on with this location. Also depending on the employee the iced coffees can taste good or bitter. Donuts are delicious for the most part, sometimes they can be a bit dry. Also there hours say they close at 8pm, however if you go per say at 7:15 they won’t answer the drive thru and hide. So that’s annoying

Dunkin’ Donuts is usually good but this location is not it last few times. Looks like employees just don’t care about the work itself. Other recent reviews are accurate. Came a bit later around 6 pm once and though online said it was open, everything was stacked up put away and closed. Went to grab a few Saturday morning donuts and instead of informing me that they were out of some donuts, they, what looked like, literally threw in a few random ones in a bag instead of the said ordered one. A simple “we’re out” would’ve been nice, before the confrontation.

Drive-thru comes before ordering inside customers. Waited so long to order and then even longer for our order. Once you are in line to wait for your order they are calling out orders, DD people are waiting (which they ignore) my order was half given to me because the drive-thru was getting priority and then the one person doing inside orders realized the other half of my order was just sitting there. I wasn’t the only person who thought this was so unacceptable. This Dunkin Donuts needs a much better system in place to help inside customers.

Worst customer service ever, 30 minutes late for a dozen donuts ordered via the app the day prior and pickup for an hour and half after the store open. On top of that I didn’t even get half the donuts I ordered they just substituted without telling me or at least asking what I would want since I was standing there waiting for an extra 30 minutes until they got my order ready. I even filled out the survey how was your experience and the customer service team that contacts you is lousy, they don’t even respond to emails, the local store called me and I was in a meeting and stepped out and asked if they would call me back in 20 minutes to where the gentleman on the other line said he would, well it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for their call back, I have even emailed back the customer service email with my case and no response. Taking my business elsewhere.

We got 4 drinks and they’re not even full, If someone pays $5 for a small latte it better be full. Every time we come to this location it gets worse and worse. Even if there’s no one inside and one car on the drive thru it takes them 10 minutes to make a single drink. We won’t be coming back to this location anymore, I’d rather drive further to get what I pay for than to have to get half a drink.
