They had no hot and ready pizzas available. I waited about 30 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza. But a lady came in 15 minutes after me order 4 pizzas and got hers before me. You need more people working only had 3 people one for each station. The owner needs to do better, and get more people to work. The 3 people were doing there best, so it’s not there fault.

Its alright for a quick meal. Once again I got a extramostcheesy pizza and a regular one trying to see the difference. The extra cheese one for the 3rd time was exactly the same as the regular one.. Either don’t offer it or train the pizza maker better. There’s obviously no care to details. To top it off we ordered 4 garlic butters with the 3 pizzas. Didn’t realize they weren’t there until we obviously arrived home ready to eat. Another paid addon left out.

You never know if your cheese pizzas will ever have enough cheese to cover the sauce. But it’s a decent cheap option. Always check for the extra sauces you pay for like the garlic butter. I’ve gotten home so many times and they weren’t in the bag or pizza boxes

Food was as good as you would expect from little Caesars. Went in to pick up a pizza when it was super busy. Poor girl at the counter seemed new but was very nice. The manager on duty (another younger girl) seemed very flustered and frustrated due to high customer volume. They were out of hot n ready pizza. I asked if any were in the oven and the girl at the counter tried to ask the manager who was working the end of the oven pulling pizza. The yelled response was “they just have to wait”. So I ended up putting in my order for a three meat and waiting since I suspected I’d be waiting either way. Not two minutes after my order they were filling the hot boxes with the same pizza I just asked about. I don’t recommend this location unless you order ahead of time. Even then you wind up waiting. Also it seems every time I go to this location there’s always new people working.

Ordered on the app for pickup at this location. Arrived a few minutes before the estimated time my order was supposed to be complete and loaded into the pizza portal. Sat in chair (due to having a disability) right in front of pizza portal waiting for my id to come up on screen, which never happened. After about 15 min an employee finally asked if I was waiting for an order, when I was finally given my pizza it was barely above room temp. Employees seemed very flippant about this. A definite lack of customer service skills at this location, I’ve contacted corporate about this. Definitely stay clear of this location.

They’ve never gotten my order wrong. The pizza is a good value (good pizza, great price). They can get quite busy, which means if my pizza order is too big for self pickup, the staff can be less than helpful in finding and handing over my order.
