I noticed while eating the second chicken strip, it tasted undercooked. When I got to the third strip I struggled to break it which was my clue the chicken was not cooked properly. I called the restaurant right away and she was a bit defensive. Stating that the chicken was just cooked. After I told her I could get sick from it she asked if I wanted to bring it back. I would not take any chances with another order. Uncooked food is nothing to play with. So disappointed and after I waited over ten minutes to get my order. No intention of going back there.

My mother and i have been up all night with food poisoning. The sides seemed fine but the chicken apparently was not. Unfortunately we found out afterwards that people keep having this issue with this location and their chicken being undercooked. I do not recommend this location. They could kill somebody.

Came to this location 8/30/2023 during my lunch break. Came back to my office on Broad St. and sat down to eat my food. I GOT SPOILED RED BEANS and RICE. Called the restaurant and spoke with a manager name Phyliss. I told her the food was spoiled and she said nothing at first because she was having a full conversation with a coworker. I repeated myself and she said to the worker the customer said the red beans are spoiled” I heard the coworker say it’s not the beans it’s the rice she said the rice was spoiled yesterday. I asked for a refund and Phyliss said bring the food back. I can only issue a refund when you bring the food back. I’m at work and I get off at 5:30. I will never come back to this location again. Unprofessional and unclean establishment. Not to mention I feel sick and headed to the ER. I hope it’s not food poisoning.

We ordered the family chicken tenders meal in the drive-thru. It took quite a while for our order to be ready, despite literally being the only customers. This, and the untidy, unmowed parking lot should have tipped us off not to eat here. The workers were very friendly, but slow. When we got home and started to eat, we realized that a few of our tenders were rubbery and undercooked, so in the garbage they went. The “large” size sides were laughable for a family meal. Each large side was barely enough for 2 servings. $8 for a side of Mac and cheese that’s barely enough to feed one person is criminal. The red beans and rice were also completely runny. We’ll never visit this location again.

This place is staffed with folks who are just so very sweet and so accommodating! We had a huge family night, which meant a huge order for them. We called ahead and they were so kind and accommodating for our family!! I highly recommend them.
