It’s unfortunate, the service sucks here! Even if the food was the best in town, the service brings the quality down to garbage. My wife had a baby in the car and made an online order. It was raining and she asked an employee over the phone if they could bring it to the front door where she could park at the front. They said ok it’ll only be 10 minutes. My wife waited for over 30 minutes and she felt bad but called again to ask for an update. The person on the phone said the food was ready for over 20 minutes. She asked if someone could please bring it to the front door. The male employee said no, and that if she wants her food, to come inside to get it. They weren’t even busy! Your staff are disrespectful and it’s a shame you hired garbage employees with low morals!

I ordered wings online patiently waited 20 minutes in the parking Iot soon after I got an email it would be ready at 6:15, I called at 6:19 to ask if my order was ready they struggled to find my order then said it would be ready in 2 min and agreed to meet me at the door since I had my two small kids in the car and it was pouring rain! I parked in front of the store for another 20 minutes patiently hoping they would come out. They had two young guys serving two small tables, two by the register and one in the kitchen, did not seem busy at all! I called again and asked if they were coming out with my order and the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and careless. He said my order was ready since the first time I called and refused to bring my prepaid order to the door, I had to ask: do you mean I have to park and bring two little kids in the store in pouring rain? He said yes showing no concern whatsoever. I walked in the store with my baby in my arms and he had the outdesity to ask and make an unnecessary comment! : do you need a bag ? Wait here, you have “something” in your hand referring to my son. I felt offended and stressed by the whole situation. I will never return to this place. my husband had a bad experience recently also as a hobe sound local I wanted to turn the page and give them a chance so disappointed

I’ve been having their food for a good while and I’ve never been dissatisfied. Sometimes they can take a tad long but it’s all completely worth it. Everything is transparent, too. You can see the cook and the pizza cook making the food, so you never have to question if your food is tampered with or not! Also their sweet tea is made every single day fresh from new tea bags, and they don’t use corn syrup in their sweet tea! They mix it separately with real sugar. I’m never disappointed with this local joint!

Ordered two pizzas for pickup, one pepperoni and one veggie. I showed up a little early for the expected pickup time but I would’ve been willing to wait a bit if asked to. The pepperoni pizza was fantastic, one of the best ones I’ve had in this area. The veggie pizza, on the other hand, was undercooked in the middle and barely sliced. The ingredients all tasted fine, but it was almost raw at the tip of every slice to the point that I can pinch the dough and it holds that squished shape. It looked fully cooked from the top, so I didn’t figure this out until I got home so I wasn’t able to ask them to put it back in the oven. I’m willing to give them another chance off the back of the pepperoni pizza, though, and I’ll be willing to update my review score if they do better next time.
