I have never felt the need to write a review until now. The rice was uncooked and hard to the point I could only eat the fish. couldn’t even enjoy the poke bowl with very little fish for a 17 dollar bowl. Server had such an attitude, didn’t even add the extra topping I had to pay for. Will not be coming back nor recommend anyone come here

Ridiculous wait! Took them 35-40 mins (with only two other small orders) to make a small smoothie. Two customers walked out after waiting and not even being greeted for like 10 mins of just standing there. I have never seen anything like it. You literally stand there like an idiot while one kid makes the food, while other employees go to the back and ignore customers. I almost had to get money back and go because I had an appt. Will NOT be back. BAD!

Where do I start..first of all every bah they were giving to people had grease and sauces all over it..on the bag and the container ..it’s not that hard to wipe your hands so the customer doesn’t get all that on them..They were way too busy to only have two people there ..I came to pick up and Uber order that was supposed to be ready and waited more than 20 minutes and the two of them kept messing up. Then the rudeness ..I watched one of them ask for the person’s name who’s order he just finished and the customer repeated the name and the server says GO..what? Basic customer service skills are lacking …and the fact one of them just seemed so high strung putting his stress on his coworker…lastly the bowls they were putting out looked not filled and just sad ..disappointed bc this place would have been a Gen of a find

Service here is awful. With a line of people, there were 3 people working but only one girl taking orders and no one making them. Took a half hour to get 2 small bowls. No apologies for the wait. Won’t return.

Like most good things, it eventually comes to an end. Bang Bowls use to be my absolute favorite place to grab an acai bowl in the Westchester area. The first couple of visits were pleasant-great atmosphere, and an amazing acai bowl. I began requesting that they put 1/2 the amount of granola bc it was just a bit much for what was supposed to be mainly acai. Turns out, when you request 1/2 the granola, they simply leave half of your bowl empty, rather than using the (now extra) space for more acai puree. I brought this to the managers attention over the phone, on 2 occasions, after I ordered through Uber Eats and was very disappointed that the bowl was half empty. He explained that the workers were still putting the standard amount of acai puree in the bowl and that when it was being completely filled, the employees were new and did not know how many scoops to put in. I then stopped asking for 1/2 the granola bc it was senseless to not fill the remaining part of the bowl with acai puree. Today was honestly the last time I will be a Bango Bowl consumer bc they are far from consistent in their product. Today’s order was just another Acai Bango Bowl (giving them the benefit of the doubt), which turned out to be the worst–what actually ended up being a Granola Bowl, with a thin layer of acai puree. Unreal.
