This one is good! Employees are always friendly, and food usually come out quick. At one point, a lady ordered $80 worth of food and it was still out in minutes, piping hot. If you need a quick bite to eat and don’t have much time, this is the place to go.

They forgot to give me a drink when I checked out which I had to ask for. I wish I checked everything before I left because they never gave the dressing for the salad. Definitely not worth $11 for the salad. Even if they provided the dressing I could tell the salad wasn’t very fresh. It was a decent size though, but not worth the value.

Very very nice staff, I messed up on explaining my order and got the wrong food and Jaydn made sure he alerted the manager and they all took care of me and my daughters by replacing our meal with no hesitation or bother. Now a days it’s sort of a hassle to find good customer service but the staff here was so patient it was very good to know good customer service still exists.

What is the point of ordering ahead online if they make you wait WELL after you placed your order? The restaurant was empty. There were very few cars going through the lot. I asked for a receipt and was not given one. No one knew how to print it. Zaxby’s 0 stars.

Has anyone else notice that some of the chicken tastes off? Like it has freezer burn and crumbles to dust in your mouth? My puppy loves it though, so we don’t waste food. We waited 20 minutes for fresh wings and half were soggy and the other half were over cooked. I think this Zaxbys has struggled with consistency. The teens that work there are always very nice but the food could use a bit of help. I’ll try again in a couple of months.

Clean zaxbys in a prime location. Also a Starbucks next door. Close to the interstate for a quick pit stop. Chicken was fresh and there were plenty of co ok it’s for dessert!!

Has to be the best Fast food Chicken place around. Had the Cobb Salad n fried mushrooms, they were OK but a little to oily for me but I don’t really go the fast food route often $13. The salad was delicious and large. I did grilled chicken instead of fried, my first time here but definitely will be back. Went through the drive thru, fast, friendly and the place was packed @ 7pm.
