The best Hunan restaurant ever! True Chinese food in Chinese stylish restaurant! Smashed eggplant and Hunan style pork are really delicious! If you like spicy, try the new tofu style rice with pork! I will definitely come back again to try other dish!

As a hunanese myself, I think this place is pretty decent! The eggplant pepper thousand year dish is decent and the fish soup is absolutely scrumptious! It’s close to what I get in China. The 热卤 is a bit salty but ok. Overall pretty good!

Absolutely phenomenal food here. This isn’t your grandpa’s Chinese, it’s the real Hunan deal. Mao’s pork belly, pickled long beans, stinky tofu, steamed fish head with chillies, and so much more. We got Mao’s pork belly, the pickled long beans with ground pork, and the steamed egg and it was all tremendous. Being from Denver we don’t have much for regionally specific Chinese food so this was a huge treat for me. Don’t pass this place up if you are in Edmonds, it’s really very special.

My husband ordered so maybe his bad? Stomach was on fire for 2 days after eating here. Sliced beef was dry and no flavor. Ribs just okay and nice presentation. My favorite was a cauliflower dish with bacon of 6 dishes. Everything was so spicy hot I had to drink several gulps of water after each bite. Was served with tiny paper plates and small Styrofoam cups that does not hold much water when super thirsty. Thankfully we were given a picture of water. I drank most of 2 of them. I had to wave down someone to get it refilled.

Mouth watering foods here . The braised pork belly with steamed buns brings me back to my trip to China. The meat melts in your mouth and was delicious. We also had the eggplant with preserved egg and I’m not usually one for eggplant but this dish was perfect. Would also recommend getting the tofu and Chinese bacon dish. Super delish
