The food here is great! We went here for dinner and we were not disappointed. We were seated quickly and the waitstaff was very friendly and helpful the whole time we were here. We tried out the cheese curds, pulled pork, and the brisket. You really can’t go wrong with any of those and this place makes a great brisket. I would highly recommend trying this place out if you’re thinking about it!

After driving past the tavern for a couple years, we decided to give it a try. We could have waited. I made reservations for 6 on a Saturday night. We got there at 6 and stood at the vacant waitstand for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The host then made a big fuss about finding my reservation, though he finally did seat us. It was 10 more minutes before a server showed up. I ordered a Miller Lite draft and my wife ordered a White Claw peach. After a long delay, the server showed back up saying they were out of Miller Lite draft, would a bottle do? Of course. 10 minutes later he shows back up saying that the White Claw was out.

Had a great lunch on a later Saturday afternoon. The service was wonderful and our meals were exactly as expected. I wish I would have stopped in earlier after the years of driving by and wondering what the inside/outside would be like. It’s very spacious outside and in, plus I can imagine the crowd can make or break the atmosphere. They have plenty of TVs in the bar area, plus I noticed online gambling / vending machines for those who play. I will definitely be visiting in the future, maybe when the weather is nicer and see what the patio is like.

I had the combo bbq platter with all the fixings. The turkey was bone dry, the ribs had way too much smoke, and the sauce was poured on not cooked with the ribs . the brisket was dry and cold. I did not eat any of it. The link, corn bread, and beans were good. My wife had the ribeye, which was very good. the mashed potatoes were ok. We saw a table with thin crust pizza that looked very appetizing on the way out. The service was good. They have an extensive menu, and for that reason, I would go back to try the pizza or burgers, but not the BBQ

My wife and I stopped here for lunch around noon on a Saturday. Parking was ample, other than a very large baby shower party occupying the entire dining room area, it wasn’t particularly busy. We were seated at a booth in the bar area which was nice enough and were greater promptly. The staff was friendly and attentive, my wife ordered a salad with salmon while I ordered Maria’s meatloaf. Both meals were quite good, no complaints there, but as with everywhere else these days, the prices seemed a couple dollars too high. My wife and I will definitely visit again in the future.

We ordered apps & drinks. Everything tasted good. Well meaning but too-casual server; never checked back to see if we wanted refills/ more drinks or food etc. Ended up not ordering a second round based on service (or lack thereof)

They have four different areas, restaurant with booths and tables, outside with patio furniture, bar with tall tables, and a private room for special functions. The service was wonderful. Will definitely be going back once or twice a month.
