After waiting for weeks for this much-anticipated opening, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the bar for a multi- course dinner that started with excellent skinny-ish Rita’s, fresh guacamole and queso con carne, and fresh chips. I highly recommend everyone try the Fish Cancun (check out the menu): pan-seared fresh red snapper filets stuffed with spinach, shrimps, mushrooms and a creamy sauce. It was truly incredible! The kitchen and wait staff is outstanding in preparation, cooking and serving. Although there were several tables being served late afternoon it seemed like we were the only ones.
