I came in here as an emergency before taking my daughter to the Arnold Palmer hospital. The girls at this location were so compassionate and helpful. They even went out their way to help me and my daughter to the car. You don’t see customer service like that very often. I was truly moved and am extremely grateful.

Was just at this location and ordered a medium hot chocolate and a medium hot caramel macchiato. Paid over $7 and they gave me both cups 3/4 of a ways full. Pretty much they poured a small into a medium cup and charges for medium. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. In addition, I was the only customer and they managed to mess up my order. Never again will I go to this Dunkin Donuts. I’ll spend my $7 at a Starbucks and get better quality drinks and service.

Unfortunately I have to say this is one of the worst DD locations ive tried. Always out of common items, fairly slow on the service time. Today, out of all bagels but cinnamon, out of all common donuts, no bacon, out of multiple coffee add ins. Its only 9:30am, It wouldve been easier to tell me what items were in stock versus me asking for 5 or 6 different items. The lady at the window was nice today. The stock issues are a regular weekly occurrence and I cant imagine the revenue loss over it.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin’ because they made the best drinks but had to drop my rating because of the disgusting grill cheese they game me. I bit into it and it was horrible so I opened it to see the inside with burnt cheese and very little cheese at that. It tasted like melted plastic. The person that made it should have know better than to serve this to someone.

The latte was ok. However, customer service was bad, no greeting at all, they didn’t repeat my order back, they didn’t tell me how much is the total(I believe because of the COVID I didn’t get my receipt). I requested very very lite ice in my latte, even sticker on it literally says less ice but I got whole bunch of ice in it. This location have to work on their customer service!

Truthfully, i was rather impressed by the way that melissa ran the store. Its rare that you see a person with the ability to take calls for the drive through, prep orders in the front, and manage to provide a sweet and caring tone towards her customers. She’s constantly checking for messes and anything that may be out of order so that it can be taken care of as soon as possible. Shes swift and precise and honestly doesn’t seem like she gets the recognition she is deserved. I hope to see more employees like her in the future!

Was standing in the drive thru speaker for more than 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order. Kept saying “hello” and they just responded “will be right with you”. There was nobody in front of us or in the restaurant. Still cannot understand why they kept us waiting. We ended up leaving.
