This place is filthy. Stopped in to get food and ended up not ordering food after visiting the men’s restroom. Every door and window was also greasy with handprints. If the front of the house we can see is this nasty, one can only imagine what the backbof the house looks like that we can’t see. There were flies on the urinal and toilet. The store was empty with 1 car in the drive thru when we stopped. It is sad that a restaurant has gotten so used to not having to clean the front of the restaurant because all you did was drive thru business thru the pandemic. Now that we are on the other side of it they forgot how to run a clean establishment.

Their restroom had the filthiest urinal that I have ever seen in any public restroom. I told the cashier those same words, and emphasized that I know that it sounds mean, but it is the honest assessment. It had not been cleaned in several weeks.

Overall, the food and service were pretty good. I had the Big Zax Snax. The fries and toast were excellent. The chicken tenders were good, but I subtracted points for chicken that had a slight burnt oil taste.

I just visited this location and the drive through cashier was very rude. I received part of my order and I asked for the remaining drink. She told me she gave it to me. I told her I had not received it. She pointed and said, I gave it to you. I said, so are you saying I’m lying?! She slammed the window closed and came back with my drink. I asked for a manager and the manager came to the window. I asked her did she hear how rude Jayda the cashier was being and she said yes ma’am. I told her I would be making a complaint to the corporate office since she does not know how to make sure her staff member treats everyone with respect.

Love the food but my order was missed. Waited and when I asked about it the cashier pointed to a screen the showed no order. Gave her my receipt and waited again. No apology or update. I asked for salt and cashier asked another girl to get it but she blew it off and the cashier did not recognize the situation. I asked for salt 3 times. Never have these issues at chick fil a.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Zaxby’s. Ordered the two sandwiches and it took the kids playing around in the back 20-30 minutes to put chicken on a bun. I refuse to spend a dime of my hard earned money at this location again. Lost this customer for life.

They seem to always be out of something everytime I go. The customer service is okay…hit or miss. I called once because I attempted to order via the app but sent the order to their location instead of the one nearest me and the employee left me on hold for over 15 mins until I finally hung up. I called back but no one answered. If you do use the app when ordering from this location, don’t order cookies because 9/10 they won’t have cookies and you’ll have already paid for them.
