Scheduled my order to arrive at 1pm. Called at 1:20 to see where it was, and I was told they were really busy today. (I am located less than 5 minutes from the store) At 1:30 I called and asked for a refund, because at that point my lunch was over and I had to go back to work. Nobody called me and told me my order would be late, I had to reach out to them. Very upset and will not order from this store anymore, do better

Enjoyed my Turkey Bacon sandwich on wheat. The wheat bread is so good, had to buy a loaf for toast! The potato chips remind me of Golden Crisp chips from back home in Massillon. It was a nice lunch.

Had a small hiccup with a previous order, so politely i called to inform the store and that is was no big deal, TYLER (you sweet angel) gave a credit for the sandwich, when we called and placed the order with Tyler he made sure that the order was perfectly made. Let me just tell you, that order arrived freaky fast. Should’ve been featured on a commercial. Excellent work!

Pretty disappointing because half the time I try to order online they “aren’t accepting online orders”. I work down the street and have to answer phones so I don’t usually have the uninterrupted time to call in my order. The food is good when I’m actually able to order.
