I’d stay away from.the beef it was salty. However, the fries and rice were good. Service was ok. Price was ok for the quantity of food received. Wouldn’t drive all the way there for a Latin meal but I was in the area but it was fair for the price. I personally would choose other options for Latin cuisine.

My husband and I eat here periodically. Today we ordered the family meal of Lomo saltado. The meat was gamey and underseasoned but the worst part was we found a baby ROACH in our fries. This place needs to be inspected asap.

DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE !!! I am so upset because it is not cheap! I think overpriced but ok if the food is decent. I went one time and the food was really good. I got the chicken fried rice (freshest I have ever had – and thought it was more of a chinese dish but it was really good here). Next time, not as good but thought let me try again. Today is the worst. I tipped the girls behind the counter which makes it worse, they knew what they were serving me. I didn’t! I took food to go. I also ordered a large side of plantains. They are like rocks! So juice left inside. Fried, probably sat for hours, and then dropped back in the fryer to serve to me. I will NEVER go back. I normally won’t even leave a review but people need to save their money. 16.00 for chicken fried rice and large sweet plantains (that are NOT SWEET at all).

I used to come to this place at least 4 times a month and would get the family meal to go, never had any issues getting silverware and plate then all of the sudden they started saying that they where running low on plates and silverware and it’s only for the dine in customers, next time I came same thing, I complained and the manager spoke to me and said “do to inflation I need to cut cost and can’t give out these plate and silverware now if you give me a dollar then I can give it to you. I decided to stop coming. So ridiculous tripping over like 15cents worth of plates and silverware. It’s been like 3 months now that I don’t go anymore. So the math is about $25/order x 12 weeks =$300 the business missed out on to save $1.80 I guess that’s good business practice ♂️. Pollo tropical and La granja have no problem giving plates and silverware.

First and last time. Styrofoam plates and plastic silverware. They didn’t even give me a Styrofoam cup to drink my soda! Very limited variety of dishes and no good at all. Being a franchise, this location is VERY BAD, in food and service. To be a franchise this is the worst. The one in Plantation is the best.
