My go to neighborhood place for Chinese. They switched to carryout only during the pandemic and have never gone back to in person dining. Food is excellent and people are always friendly when picking up. Try the crispy beef. As good as at many fancier Chinese restaurants.

I ordered for delivery late night and food came fast. I ordered Singapore mei fun, and beef and scallops. The noodle was very good and I was able to substitute the pork for beef so that was great. Thank you for that. Although I was annoyed that the garnish/condiments I asked for were spilled when they arrived but at least it was in small packets so it didn’t spill all over.

I’m surprised at the 4 and 5 star reviews. If you look at my profile, I’m an easy man to please with Asian food. This had to be one of my worst experiences out of the several cities I’ve lived in. Our Singapore Mei Fun was bland (and that’s my typical go to for every new Chinese restaurant). Our green beans were mush. Our wanton soup was literally so bad we spit it back out; the wantons were grainy and the soup smelled and tasted foul, like dirty pipe water. Even the fortune cookies were old and stale that we spit it out. The plain white rice was somehow the best part of the meal, and to be fair, the salmon roll and dumplings were decent. Either this was a bad day, or this is not a 5 or 4 star restaurant. Highly disappointed.

We order from here consisently and it’s always good. We order more sushi than Chinese food and it’s always fresh and delicious. It won’t be the best sushi you’ve ever had but there’s very little good (or any) sushi to choose from in this area and Spring Garden is by far our favorite!
