I had just gotten out of work. Haven’t eaten ALL day. I arrived at 11:30pm online it says they are open until midnight. There was a woman there. She completely ignored us. Actually she seen us an kind of ran away. I’m not the one to post a bad review but this further ruined my night (since McDonald’s is the only thing open late in this area.) All I can say is I won’t be coming back. I know this won’t effect business my measly $20’s isn’t going to make or break the company. But I remember when McDonald’s was about happy customers! McDonald’s exhibited slow service and unprofessional behavior during my recent visit. The employees appeared disorganized and lacked efficiency, causing undue waiting time. Overall, my experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations of a popular fast-food chain.

This place is disgusting. Not the first time my food has came out like this. Food comes out either burnt or soggy, and thrown into bag falling apart. Drinks either are watery or have a strange after taste. Seems the workers don’t care. At the window or inside, workers always have an attitude. Place inside stinks like rotten eggs and everyone seems to stand around having conversations more than doing their job.

The kid’s like it here because of the new Playplace; unfortunately that seems to be the only redeeming quality of this location over the last few months. Consistent wrong orders, generally pretty slow, and overflowing trash cans in the dining area while I see staff just standing around. I would understand incorrect orders if I altered menu items, but I order them as is. I would have made this report private, but during my visit today my receipt was taken when my food was delivered.

I would advice anyone who is in a rush or doesn’t want to wait 20mins for one order inside don’t go here. This restaurant is ALAWAYS very slow with the front counter. There is never anyone at the front register. And if you are a door dash person i really suggest you deny these orders. It’s ridiculous the way they ignore you and how long it takes to get one order.
