Ordered from uber eats. Both uber and sonic is terrible. I am already having runny stools and throwing up. When I bite into the burger it was undercooked tasted like it’s been sitting out of the freezer for a long time and even the buns was stale. I took a picture and the bun had a dark blemish to it almost similar to mold.I will be looking further into this for legal action

9/10 times you’ll get bad service here. Waiting 5-10 minutes at the drive through is especially common. Don’t go here before work if you are cutting it close, you will be late. Happy hour shift is usually much better and food items come out faster.

Visited 7/3, ordered my food, had to wait 7mins to get food all to not get a receipt nor my drink. The toasted bun was hard and tough yet the burger and fixings was good, fries was good. There was no up sale no details of specials if any.

Droopmaster Flex
Food is always delicious, staff is always friendly, however, it always seems like they are short staffed when I go even when it’s not in the peak hours. They politely come to the car and explain the situation which it’s good to be kept in the look and observing the working they really are trying to make the best of it.

don’t accept any delivery orders from here if you’re a driver. long wait times, directions that are opposite to what you have to do, and the staff blames you for it afterwards. wasted an hour for nothing and the food was sloppy and dripping everywhere during the drive.

I ordered a sausage egg cheese potatoes burrito they brought it to me it had jalapenos tomatoes onions all that and it did not want that said then the guy took it back brought me another I assumed it was right open it when I got home and it was not wright had an overloaded with bacon that’s not what I order I live in Farmville NC,we drove all the way to Greenville NC , needless to say I didn’t eat it

I’m not sure what the deal is at this particular Sonic but the staff take forever to take your order and the hours are not accurate at all. The staff seems to close whenever they choose. Google and Bing say they close at 11 but they close much earlier than that. I have been there at 1015 and was told they were closing for the night. Besides that staff seem aggravated that you’re attempting to order at all. If you’re in Greenville and in the mood for Sonic I’d highly recommend going to the Firetower Road location than this one.
