already had doubts when calling to place order for pick up when the guy on the phone kept taking long pauses mid conversation. asked how long till the pizza would be ready. got a long pause from the other end. said “hello, again. when will the pizza be ready?” long pause yet again. until i asked a third time, dude said 15mins and hung up the phone. pulled up to the pizza hut 20mins later and the order wasn’t even placed

Stuff crust with pepperoni…the pizza was NOT fresh. It seemed to have been made over an hour before I picked it up (and I selected ASAP on the webpage). Usually the pizza is good, this was a very poor experience for us

I have great pizza memories of Pizza Hut as a kid. Ordered a Stuff Crust Pizza from them recently instead of using Domino’s, and I have to admit they still got it. In fact I think I will be using Pizza Hut more often to get my fast food Pizza.

The staff is awesome and very respectful. I enjoyed walking in and being greeted with a pleasant smile and greeting. I showed my order number, and the pizza was delivered to me in record time. When I got home, my wife and I had the best dinner ever. The cheese-stuffed crust was amazingly cheesy. We Loved it. Thanks for a job well done. I will be ordering again.

Beware when ordering online or over phone. This location will quote you the correct price over the phone or online. Once you get there to pick the order up You magically get charged full price with a claim they don’t participate in which ever promo/special/deal you selected to order.

This was more frustrating than satisfying. We ordered curbside pickup. We were impressed by how quick they got it done, but then from our car we could see on the monitor in the store that our pizza was ready, but it was not coming out to our car in the curbside pickup spot. We called the number, waiting through all the ads and such, reached a person, then she said she would transfer us to the store. We waited on the phone again, and I finally just went in and got it. There were only two other orders (also ready) and one customer in the store. The pizza was good and hot, so we got home and dug in only to find that out was extra sauce instead of light sauce. Yuck.
