I just left Taco Bell on highway 82 in Columbus Ms and I ordered my sons a party pack box of tacos. Whomever fixed it put 8 soft/hard tacos, a stale Doritos taco and a supreme taco. They won’t get anymore of my money. Just was ready to rush us out of line.

Don’t have a mobile app that takes 20 minutes for it to process your order. I waited in line to be told that my order hadn’t been received and had to wait an additional 20 minutes after I had place my app order 30 minutes total to finally get to the window and be told I would have to drive back around and wait another 20 minutes in line. You bet I canceled it and went to Wendy’s.

Ordered from Doordarshan and all I got was my food NOT MY DRINK! The doordash drive stated that they told her this is all I ordered! On my receipt it clearly says mango freeze!

This taco bell is decent with food for the price, but the service always varies. One day you could get great service and the employees give you exactly what you want, and then the next day you could get two items from your order missing and the cashier is very rude. It’s really a toss up because you could have a great experience or you could catch one of the employees on a bad day. Don’t go to this taco bell if you don’t have a forgiving personality.
