The place can be a little loud with the ovens, but the pizza there is no better pizza in my opinion, but everybody’s taste is different, so I understand that, but for me, it is absolutely the best they ended up closing several years ago with a location near me so it takes a bit to get to this one, but it’s very much worth it. Also, they can improve somehow, although I’m not sure how you would do it for a pizza place having better air-conditioning

Used Uber eats for first time to deliver pizza today. Wrong pizza delivered and it was Luke warm no insulated bag was used. Very disappointed as was having a party. Had to go pick up from another pizza place.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I had to drive a little out of my way to this location as they closed the Papa John’s near me. I was starving and could see my pizza was ready as promised when I arrived, the gentleman was on the phone with a complicated order. He did acknowledge me when he had to put the customer on hold and when he got off the phone he gave me a very sincere apology which goes a very long way with me. I made sure to note his name, Mario, so I could acknowledge him in my review. Usually people don’t care at all and are borderline rude so I was very happy.

The food here is only so-so. I’ve had pizza from a few different places locally. I still prefer Domino’s over Papa John’s. They do give you a little garlic dipping sauce you dip your crust in which tastes good. The cookie dessert is excellent. Still can’t beat the taste of pizza around the corner at Pawtucket House.
