Rolling smoke is an amazing BBQ spot. Their meats are high quality and smoked to perfection. The burnt ends brisket is akin to “fatty brisket” and something that I highly recommend. The meats have a perfect amount of smokey flavor and are very juicy. The sauces are very good as well. Their green chili sauce is the one to get.

I ordered a full rack of ribs and it was thick and tender. Not dried out like some other places I’ve been to. I love their selection of sauces and the fact that each one has a different flavor. It’s not just a variation of the same one. I think our favorite was the green chili barbecue sauce. And the baked beans were actually great as a side. My 2-year-old wouldn’t stop eating them

Went in for lunch and was quite impressed! The burnt ends were delicious, the honey bourbon sausage was probably one of the best sausages I have had and the sides were good too. The brisket wasn’t bad but wasn’t extraordinary either.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The meat and sauces were very good, and the sides were plentiful. The smell of the smoke brought us in.

The best BBQ I’ve had in Colorado!!! All of it is wonderful but my faves are the brisket, burnt ends, ribs (others claim to have the best ribs in Colorado… I disagree!!!) and honey bourbon sausage. The fried okra is probably one of my new favorite things to eat. Also the Alabama white sauce is something I’ve never tried before coming here. I love it. They take care of the customers and just an all around great place to get food. I will be going back again and again. Make sure to get there before they sell out for the day though or call ahead to make sure.

We have eaten a lot at the Stanley location, but this review is mostly for a recent catering order with Centennial. We had a decent sized order for a family barbecue, and the Rolling Smoke team did an excellent job! Of course the food was amazing, we knew it would be, but even on a large catering order all the food was fresh and packaged up so well. They made transporting it so easy since it was a pickup order instead of delivery. The communication was great and pickup was a breeze! The wings weren’t ready exactly at the pickup time but actually that was better since they were basically made to order. Thank you!!!!!

Wow. Finally, hubbs and I have found really good BBQ in Colorado! You know it’s authentic when you SEE them carry the tray of meat from the smoker to the kitchen. You know it’s authentic when the restaurant hours are “until we run out” like real smokehouses run.

8/7/22- I got to try their food at a catered event today so I can not speak as to price or value of the food. I can only talk about the quality which was really good. The first thing that stood out to me was that they hadn’t over cooked their colored greens which most places do. Their mac and cheese had a blend of seasoning on them that gave them a good depth of flavor. Then there was the meat. Then honey bourbon sausage was one of the best meat products I have ever tasted. I know that I will be trying this in their restaurant when I get the chance to verify that it’s just as good there.

I’ve seen a lot of great reviews on this place and people going in and out and the 3 giant cookers out front so I figured it would be great. Really let down on the 2 meat plate today at lunch. The brisket was incredibly dry with ok flavor, the ribs were dry but decent flavor. Seasoned tots were in my taste way too seasoned, the smoked beans weren’t as good as something from a can nor smoky. 24 dollars at lunch with no drink on dry brisket and ribs was a big let down. I guess on weekday lunches they don’t draw a big crowd so it had been out for a while.
