Came into this location and ordered chicken wings and bread sticks ask the associate to put the bbq sauce on the sauce they then implied we don’t do that it’s either we put the sauce on the wings on you don’t get sauce. This makes no sense whatsoever. I’m highly frustrated with the level of ignorance and lack of common courtesy people have. I’m spending almost $20 for cheese bread, wings, and add marinara sauce. Osmar is the person who took my order the girl who refused to give me sauce on the side is shaynia. Very rude is disrespectful for no good reason.

Ordered in-store. Didn’t get my order taken until I actually said something about it. I asked for a classic pepperoni with crazy bread and marinara sauce. Waited over 30 minutes for it and I had no idea why. Turns out they were busy making the crazy bread and never bothered to tell me how long it would take. Like, I completely understand that food can take time, but it’s your responsibility to tell your customers that are ACTIVELY WAITING that their food will take a while to make. Then after the crazy bread was done, I was given my order, except the worker who was supposed to give me my marinara sauce just…didn’t. He left it on the opposite side of the front counter. Thankfully some other customers pointed that out to me and gave me the sauce. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time.

I went in this store intending to buy dinner for my granchildren. I asked to use the ladies room and was refused access. The employees were standing atound talking and laughing with each other. I am 61 years old and have worked in the restaurant business for almost 40 years and I was appalled at the way I was treated. I would NEVER go there to eat. If they laugh at me in my face God only knows what they do behind the line. Thumbs down for this restaurant.

My uncle went in, waited patiently in line for 10 minutes behind one person. He began to give his order as some men came in behind him. The lady stopped taking his order, yelled at him to stop, waived the men up, took their order, then tried to double charge him for a large pizza and a personal pizza. When he asked her to double check, as it’s his regular order, she refused. It’s not worth the stress to order at this location.

The plaza along Federal Highway is going through a whole remodel. The only stores that managed to stick around is Dollar General and Little Caesars, which moved into a new building in the plaza.

The pizza is what you would expect… however, this locations is full of homeless. Don’t be surprised when you see a guy on a wheelchair asking for money or food. I suggest you don’t give them anything to hopefully deter them from being there. Other than that, the staff is pleasant.

Customer service sucks.. they put wayyyyy too much grease in the pans. I ask the assistant manager if he could make another Italian cheese bread because the one receive originally is wayyyyy to greasy. He then told me it will be the same. I said okay is there a way for you not to transfer the oil in the box he told me no.. I pretty sure there a cutting board where he didn’t have to put in the box. This is sad because I always get this bread for little Caesar’s and I’ve never had This much amount of grease at the bottom of my box

No good customer service, let people wait with a line out the door to service 1 person whom clearly didn’t put an order in on the app to make a fuss and then skip everyone in line waiting for at least 15 minutes.

RUDE RUDE YOUNG staff unprofessional snatches money out of hand tells you what you can and can’t order. No face mask on any staff extremely un sanitary. Reused to make cheesie bread but make pizza of his chosen only because he wanted to start closing and hour early. Horrible reporting to city as well!
