IT DID NOT EVEN RATE 1 STAR! We used to love this place. Now, I’m embarrassed I spent any money on a meal. The food presentation is YUK! What happened? Have you forgotten the way you first caught us as customers? I’ve sent a detailed review to your Public Relations people. Get a new Manager! A good one wouldn’t allow such a casual atmosphere to the quality of food an to how customers are feeling. Nobody even asked. Find one passionate employee who cares and make them the manager—Now, before it’s too late!

We have always loved their mac n cheese! Their food is even better than Zupas! Friday I went to pick up dinner, they were fairly busy but I understand why! I have to give kudos to the staff, they’re very professional and they were hurrying as fast as they could to get orders out. Great staff, wish I would have had cash to leave a tip. Maybe make it an option?

Great food and a variety of selection. I miss Panera, and this is as good, if not better. They had the popular you pick two. My salad and sandwich were quite tasty. I also tried the chicken salad sandwich and that was also very good. I would definitely recommend and visit again. Also, their breakfast and dessert selections looked scrumptious.

Each and every time I eat here I am pleased and satisfied. The food has always been fresh tasting with decent sized portions. I don’t understand some of the reviews trashing the place, I have always been greeted by the manager and asked if there is anything else I need. Super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I have also catered multiple times both breakfast and lunch, each time it was an amazing success. I will be coming back for my next catering order or family night out, whichever comes first.

The food and service are normally very good. We ordered coffee, but we’re given hot chocolate. Disappointment does a lot to perk me up for a long drive home. We ordered a maple-pecan chocolate pastry and were served the pumpkin pastry instead. Hopefully the location was just having an off day.
