If I could provide 0 stars I would. The food is mediocre at best however you get what you pay for if you want a quick cheap dinner. More than once going to this location there will be several employees but basically none working. There are never any just grab n go pizzas ready for the taking. And if you ask about the wait time after you waited for literally 15 minutes to receive service it’s another 10-15 minutes for a pie. HQ should really check into what’s going on with this location

Blasting rap music when I walked in. None of the food workers where wearing hair nets nor gloves I asked if they could please put gloves on and he physically threw a fit and threw the pizza in the garbage and walked away. The workers are getting horrible there I doubt I’ll go back and will be sure to let everyone I know about this too.

If I could give a 0 Star I would. Very unprofessional. Ordered a pizza online and paid for it. When I got there they said they never received an order. I even showed them the app and they insisted there was nothing they would do. Then proceeded to tell me to leave and not return. Not a problem pizza socks anyway. I was just using a t-mobile deal.

Tried to get pizza here. Sign and internet both said closes at 8pm. It was 603 and 2 people inside but doors locked. Told me they were closed. 2nd time this has happened.

When I went there to get a quick good pizza. It was closed. People inside. No note on the door saying it was closed explaining the closer. When I called no one answered. Then when my daughter called. They hung up. No hello etc. Just hung up. This is utterly disgusting and unprofessional. No consideration for the customers.

The food is mediocre as expected from a low priced main-line chain. However my ultimate complaint with the Lower Burrell store itself is no one answering the phone. It is crucial to have a staff member to answer the phones when you have a fairly sized order to pick up. Especially when the store opens at eleven and you want to be courtesy to give them an advance you need an order for 12:30. If a regional manager could reach out to me I would like to have a chat to address promptness and customer relations when it comes to business.

Just horrible. Usually I get a good pizza at a great price from little Caesars pizza, but this store was the worst I’ve ever had. The deep deep supreme pizza was cold even though I waited on them to finish making it. And the crazy bread must have been days old, ice cold and tuff as leather. I’ll never opt for quick and inexpensive over locally owned again.

I ordered 3 pizzas, and 2 types of breadsticks….. they gave me 2 pizzas and 2 breadsticks 1 of the pizzas was wrong, my 3rd pizza was hidden in the back in a box and they gave me wings that I didn’t order. Blamed the wrong order on me instead of taking responsibility for it. Got ignored when I walked back inside to get the order corrected.
