5/13/23. The employees were not very pleasant and the food was sub par. The sauce was basically red water. They served the chicken parm in a small square to go container even though we were dining in so you had to transfer the chicken and half the noodles to the lid and then move the chicken back to cut it up. The pepperoni Stromboli was to much bread, very little pepperoni and almost no sauce. I know it’s food court food, not fine dining, but wow. Would not recommend it.

This is my second time eating here and trying to order the kids pizza that they have on the menu and this is the second time the lady in the front has told me that they don’t sell the pizza for the kids combo they only sell the pasta but yet it’s displayed on the menu. So I told her I wanted the pizza and she angrily touches the pizza with her bare hand and says “if you want the kids pizza it’s this size I have to cut it is that what you want!?” And I said yes the kids combo then she shoves it in the oven and gives me the juice and a cookie for the kids pizza combo. Then she complained about me in Spanish to the other lady there guess she didn’t know I also speak Spanish. When my daughter finally ate the pizza it was horrible. BAD FOOD! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! FAKE MENU OPTIONS!

I’m not one who normally does reviews but the food is so good that I have to let others know. I’ve been to this restaurant many times. The food is always excellent. Several faces there but one that stands out is Andrea’s. She has a beautiful smile and a great attitude. I always get a large cheese pizza to go after I’ve eaten something there, and the pizza is one of the best from miles around.

The GPS and even street view for villa showed a Dutch trading company. We were like, what?? Villa Italian needs to verify their address and cross check with Google. I never found it, went next door to Tex mex place..

The Spanish lady that works there was rude. I asked her could she make a pizza with the toppings I wanted and she said no, only the ones already out here. First time I heard that one. I also asked the prices and she said it’s up there all annoyed. I just left without getting pizza like I wanted but I don’t think bad customer service deserves my time or money.

Thank you young lady for the service and the food you’ll serve in this restaurant. Sometimes I see comments that people makes on the reviews, and I respect that, but what I only read is that they write only to discredit the people who attend a business. sometime we have to understand that there some rules that they have to follows and please we have to understand that nothing in this world is free and we must be more aware when writing a bad comment about someone just because you do not want or even trying to spend money. I wich most people can read my comment and at the same time how some people write badly about someone or a restaurant, also write how good those people can be, don’t be cheap spending money on your foods. thanks again for the food and excellent service you offer here. Congratulations for being a pizza maker, attending customer and getting payment all this at the same time. food and service was great. 10 star!!! :))

I give it 3 stars jus because the young lady service was excellent and the food. i could have give them more stars. but when it was time to pay, this man ruined all the good service that I had before. since I bought a combo stromboli plus a large salad and he refused to give me more parmesan cheese :0 and his answer was, because I had only one order. and that it cost them money to buy those litte packages of cheese really?. If we as clients are spending money, the duty of each company is to give an excellent service. By the way, I spent more than $25 dollars, the least I could receive was better service from this man who was at the register. thanks again to the lady for your good service. but they should teach this man better service when it comes to pleasing his customers.
