I had a good cheesesteak from you guys once, and I’ve been trying to get another decent one for about a year and a half. You guys aren’t bad at cheesesteaks, you are spectacularly awful. Picture shows a small philly combo. You might think I said light meat or virtually no meat, right? How dare you put the word philly in front of what you claim to be sandwiches. This place is like an abandoned K-Mart the owners stopped caring about years ago.

Paid $6 to make it a meal and literally got like 13 fries. Cheesteak was good, wings were meh. Would have maybe been better with ranch. Which they didn’t give or ask if we wanted! One wing meal came with sauce, the other was barely dipped (both Buffalo flavor). Spent $50 here tonight. Highly disappointed

First time here. Pleasant and friendly customer service at the window. Had a Bacon 3 philly and fries/mozzarella sticks on the side. **Note the large cup is styrofoam and very cupholder unfriendly** Sandwich came hot and was pretty decent – steak was good. Fries were pretty standard but they were cooked and salted well. Mozzarella sticks were a bit underwhelming but not gross. Will definitely go again. Sandwich was only 4 stars so couldn’t give the 5.

Tried a couple times to hit their their drive thru. Both times didnt happen. The 1st time nobody answered for a few minutes. 2nd time they told us to hold. Waited about 5 minutes, then left. SO gave them another try & Went inside a few weeks ago. For some reason they had the doors propped open & the AC was off. It was hot as hell and in Florida, you leave doors open you get bugs…but whatever. Food was terrible. Cheap, bland that (for 2 people) we paid over $30 for. Never again.

The food is way over priced for what you get and I just tried it today but I will not be returning and wasting my hard earned money there. Would been better in off going next door to McDonald’s would of got way more worth my money and the old fashioned philly cheese steak is almost 15 dollars and it doesn’t even have peppers on it. Hands down not even worth the money honestly. And the fries aren’t even a lot in the box. I totally feel ripped off. The buffalo chicken sandwich doesn’t even come close to looking like what they have on the picture. Honestly for spending 35 dollars there I think next time I would be better off stoping somewhere else. Disgusting have no idea how people pay to eat there.

Fries were soggy, Philly cheese steak was supposed to only have grilled mushrooms, onions and peppers. Had lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. I can’t have tomatoes so I ended up throwing it away. I called and was told if I would come in they would replace. Wings were soggy and undercooked. No I don’t drive. Never again will I order from them.

Went through the drive through. Spent 28 dollars on 2 subs. When preparing the sub inside the Styrofoam to go they didn’t even get the cheesesteak/ cheese on the bun so by the time I drove home It was stuck to everything else but the bun. Thank God it was tasty because everything else was disappointing. Save urself the let down and just go to firehouse.
