I have been coming here a long time and it has always been the best. Tonight I ordered a pizza in which was not only cold but looked like it has been sitting out a while, and where is the toppings? Didn’t even have all the topping that was asked to be put on. When I called and filed a complaint they offered to replace it. Said it would be 35 – 40 min. Haven’t heard anything since. Ended up Going up there and getting my money back!

Welm they got 1 star cuz they dont have a negative star rating,or it would be more of a -5 rating, its the last time we will order from them the pizza is not that good an they have either over charged us as they did last time an this time an forgot to bring the pop ,didn’t bring a recept nor would provided a receipt buy email ,this place used to be good not any more , to top it off i cant even see what im typing cuz it wont allow it so im hopeing it makes sense as i cant read what im type, i cant say enough about their poor service an rude service people we had to speak to after be hung up on 3 times we are done with them an we would like out money back for you stealing from us

I ordered almost $60 worth of stuff when we received it one of the pizzas was still doughy in the middle the person that I spoke to his response was that it’s Brooklyn style it’s supposed to be floppy. I explained I know how Brooklyn style pizza is as I’m from New York and explained this to him he then told me he could add a credit but couldn’t send me a refund or have a fixed pizza sent out I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me. I understand mistakes happen but at least try to fix it
