The lamb sliders were very good. The skillet fries were good, but the bbq sauce was very sweet. Would love the chance to mix and match the bbq sauces they have for the wings. The wings were ok, but wasn’t a fan of the particular sauce as it was very heavy on the horseradish. We sat outside, but (not the restaurants fault) the street construction diminishes the atmosphere. The inside is fun and unique.

I went there last night for a dinner with a colleague. Excellent quality of food and service! The table was copper top (I liked it very much). Our server (Katrina) was amazing and super cool. We loved the food and drinks. I highly recommend this place and go again!

Cute saloon style/themed place to eat right on the 16th St. mall. Super friendly staff/host. Ample seating and a very big wraparound bar that seats about 20. I had the short rib with stroganoff noodles. Was fantastic. Very well flavored and super tender. Melt in your mouth good! Great stop for lunch or dinner.

I went to West Saloon twice while in Denver. The wings were really good. My party really liked the Brussels sprouts as well as far as apps go. The elk meatballs were popular and the pork sandwich.

Russell was our server and he was amazing. The food is marvelous. The brunch on Saturday and Sunday has a Orange Creamscicle French Toast which is delicious! Others have reported the the Pot Pie and the Short Rib Stroganoff were very tasty. Plus they serve Coke products which is a plus! We will be back next time we’re in Denver!

I had a decent experience here. A colleague and I came down for a quick bit. The service was OK. We waited at the table with no water or service for the first few minutes, and when it did finally come, it was good. The food and drinks, I was surprised with. Great tastes and flavor combinations, pretty classic American West food menu (hence the name) burgers, chops, salads and things. The artichoke dip was real tasty!

First stop in Denver, CO and we were welcomed with such warmth. We split the elk meatball linguine (should have made it my meal) and I had the beef stroganoff. Everything here was well prepared and our waitress was very kind. Neither of us could finish our meals so they made excellent leftovers.
