We were hoping there is a Charlie Philly sand which but had to settle for south Philly. BIG MISTAKE. Everything was gross about this place, the stale tasting meat, non-existent cheese and nasty bread. The service is even worse. The receipt had missing number and we had no clue what number we were.

Totally disappointed with the food. I orders The Naked Philly which looks very nice in the picture however I was shocked by the plate we got. Not at all near the picture and it looks (not the look nor the taste). Also, how come such a hot dish served in a plastic plate. Definitely NOT recommended.

I don’t even know where to start. I ordered 2 bell ringer sandwiches and they were not what I expected. Totally different from advertisement, fries were cold and I had to pay extra for drinks since they already cleaned the beverages station. Got charged $58.66 and to top it off cashier even tried to charge me extra for blue cheese when I saw him giving it for free to the person in front of me. Will never come back. Please stay away from this place!!!

cheesesteak that doesnt have any cheese! like the others mentioned, theres only 1 size & its too big for one person to eat. glad i didnt order any drink, but the cashier kept asking if i wanted one. u might as well get a slice of pizza at the next store or even chipotle

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for South Philly Cheesesteaks. This place is located inside the Woodbury Commons outlet so you can expect the prices to be a bit higher than normal but the way they cheat you is real underhanded.

I ordered, the philly loaded, large and only thing that had a flavor was ketchup and my mt dew. Sandwich was very blend even pepper had no flavor. I finished my fries though.

I went here today around 6pm and ordered a philly cheesestake without onions. The first lady said give her one second and went in the back talking on her phone then the second lady took my order acted like she couldn’t hear what I was ordering.. I got home and heated half of the sandwich up its flavorless and a waste of money. Go to the ramen place don’t waste your money here.
