The food I ordered was a whole number 15. As usual the food was great and had the same classic flavor of the boomer. However, when I entered the business no eye contact was made nor a greeting was ever offered. Finally, the cashier after dialing a phone in front of me before even speaking to me took my order. If you are going to have a sign in the business that request your patrons to be patient, I as a patron expect the same respect from the business! I’ve come to this restaurant since I was a child, but I will not continue to support a business just because they are small town. Even if you are small town your employees can have respect and be effective with the correct training.

It’s been open and gladly serving customers for a long time. The economy has hurt all of our town’s restaurants and businesses. They have a sweet sign near the door asking patrons to be patient because they have a staff shortage.

Deeply disappointed when i went in, your employee…and i hate to point out race, but she was african american…was giving me very bad customer service. I am talking yelling, bad attitude, angry, throwing money towards customers. It was so disappointing. I tried calling but was greeted with rude customer service over the phone. I hope that your store does better when serving hungry customer. I hope everyone learns from this review.

I’m a regular here and this new girl they have has been very rude and kept getting my order wrong and ended up charging me extra which isn’t the first time. She has also snatched money out of my hand and placed my change on the table and walked away to get my drink. When she came back she slammed my drink on the table and rudely told me to move so she can take the next customer. When corrected by this girl with black hair she rolled her eyes and told her to take the orders and walked away. You have lost a loyal customer of three years.

One of the girls was so rude when taking my order so I asked the other girls to take it and she was so kind unlike the other blonde girl who went to the back to complain about the girl on the register. The two started going back and forth while we stood there waiting for our order until the blonde girl went to the back on the shop talking on her phone saying how she wanted to punch her such rude behavior very unsafe environment. She then proceeded to call the employees racially motivated things. Please look into her.

Poor service and subs are dry also found hair in my sub disgusting. Also saw one of the men in the back come up front when he came up front I watched him rub his nose and didn’t take his gloves off I will be calling dhec. Another thing Issue with the employees at the front black girl up there always looks upset despite her kind words and other girl is usually rude and side eyeing someone and her. Don’t know what’s going on but this is unprofessional me and my friends will be leaving bad reviews this is unprofessional and disgusting

When taking my order, a girl with blonde hair wearing a high ponytail continued to give me attitude. I am usually very nervous when ordering so this was already making me really anxious. It doesn’t help that she was saying very vulgar things towards her POC work mates. I did not feel comfortable in that environment at all. While I do appreciate a good meal, I don’t think i’d ever eat her again simply because I did not feel safe at all. Besides all of that, two of the girls even started fighting while the associate I mentioned about spit on the one being fought. Putting that person in immediate danger.

Too much yelling and when the two girls go to the back I can hear them getting fussed at. When they are getting their orders from the back it’s someone throwing the food on the counter which is a rude and horrible way to treat employees yet they wonder why they are short staff they also don’t answer the phone and unplug it even though many complains so annoying
