Horrible!! One of my pizzas was burnt and covered in aregano. Totally unedible. The other 2 pizzas had hardly any toppings. When I called to speak with the manager she was rude and sarcastic, never apologized for my bad experience, would not give me her supervisors name so I could file a complaint. I was told to leave a comment on their website. I am a manager myself anyone would be fired if they spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me. She needs some more training.

I really want to give a huge Thank You to Haley at this Domino’s location. I’m not real big on giving reviews no matter how good or bad the service may be anywhere I go. But before I even have a bite of the pizza I ordered I will give a 5 star review just of the service she gave to me. This was by far the craziest encounter for sure! The poor girl that answered, the phone had no sense of direction whatsoever! She first told me they would deliver nine minutes out of Wytheville. when I questioned how far towards Rural Retreat she just kept saying nine minutes out of Wytheville, so I looked up myself different addresses to meet off of RT 11. She told me it was 12 minutes to the McDonald’s in Rural Retreat. So I suggested the Apple house on route 11 which actually has a Wytheville address. She told me no that it did not, and they would not deliver there. I looked at the address of myself, give it to her, and she still insisted that no they would not, but yet told me that they would deliver at the trailer park here in Rural Retreat…. I even asked her if she was certain but she didn’t have her computer upside down or something. She just kept stuttering around was very short and rude so we decided to take our business elsewhere.

As a truck driver living on the road full time, it’s not often when we get breaks and when we do we enjoy getting Domino’s delivered to our tractor. However the last few times we’ve gotten subpar food so we decided to start ordering from Papa John’s. Well today we were craving Domino’s pasta and decided to give them a try once again. Well today’s lunch that we had delivered to our tractor here at the TA Travel center was perfect!! Topping to alfredo ratio to pasta was awesome! Today’s lunch renewed our faith in ordering from Domino’s Pizza in our future travels. Who ever made our lunch today great job! Thank you! You are what makes Domino’s good and wished maker’s like you could be cloned and placed nationwide at all the Domino’s Pizza places! Our delivery driver was wonderful too!

First time eating Domino’s pizza since long before my 32 year old son was born. I had a pepperoni pizza. I was traveling and wanted something other than the typically boring fast food. Ordered and waited inside the very clean customer area. An employee brought the pizza to me as I was waiting. It was accurate and hot and tasted ok. Probably will never order Domino’s again since I prefer mom and pop pizzerias to corporate ones. But, that’s my preference.

Wow, it’s been decades since we had Dominoes. Since maybe the 1990’s. I know through the media, they made major changes through the years so we thought it was worth a try while taking a road trip. Oh my, it was sooo salty and I am not sure the dough was anything like I had in a pizza, like forever. The food was good, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t think this is a place to come back too.
