Quick friendly service. Expected combo location to be slow. We were pleasantly surprised. Food was of the quality we would expect.

After waiting almost 20 minutes for my “fresh chicken” and ” fresh nacho fries”, and spending 41 dollars, I ended up with my fries upside down and cold, and only 2 nacho cheese sauces for 4 fries, my chicken was not fresh, and I was shorted 2 chicken chalupas. I asked for no tomatoes or lettuce,(guess what I got). When I tried to call they refused to answer phone which went to voicemail that was full. Go somewhere else. Hasn’t been good since that manager took over. The other 2 guys , tall skinny kid and the dude that brought out my food were as sweet as could be.

Food is straight trash….complete garbage. My reviews are actually on restaurants. I was pressed for time and was like oh what the heck and pulled into Taco Bell. The soggiest, most horrible tasting food ever! A hard shell taco is supposed to be crunchy, not soggy. My goodness! The Mexican pizza was a monstrosity in looks and taste and soggy as well. Growing up, Taco Bell was a favorite. This was when fast food had some type of standards. The plus was, our food was given to us pretty quickly. Probably because it was old and sitting there most of the day.

30+ minute wait at the drive through. Line was wrapped half way around the building.

Be sure to never, ever allow your (Teenagers) to work here! As a parent that has to drop off and pick up with a clear understanding, that this is a business that has to run! The communication in-house between management/leadership is deplorable, ghetto, and not an environment that you should allow your teenagers to work in! I was literally (CURSED) out for simply trying to gain an understanding of my son’s scheduling. I was given the brush off, hung up on, and told that she was busy each time. I dare not go into further details of the very vulgar language that was directed towards my son as a 16yr old employee that doesn’t drive to work each day.

I have been going to this Taco Bell for over 10 years and never had an issue, Today I spent $38 on food and when I got home 1/2 of my order was missing. When I went back the cashier said yes we were hoping you would come back, but b/c I didn’t keep my receipt we had no way of reconciling the missing food. I couldn’t find my receipt so I sucked it up and paid for the food that I was missing (even though the cashier “was hoping I would come back”. This Taco Bell has just lost a faithful customer and taught me 2 very valuable lessons: Keep the receipt and confirm that ALL of the food that I paid for is in the bag!

Check your order before you leave. I should have checked but I didn’t want to inconvenience the drivers behind me. Get home and I’m missing 3 tacos.
