After a small delay for my husband’s fish sandwich, the manager brought him a piece of Hershey pie. We told her it wasn’t necessary but she insisted. Food was fantastic as it usually is. Made correctly and have no complaints there. What I do, however, have a complaint with is how I was treated. The lady at the front counter was extremely hostile towards me because I didn’t know where to find the confirmation for my food, I’m a type one diabetic, though my sugar was low, I try to remain as friendly as possible.. the manager was giving us major side eye. All I asked for was some help so I could prove I was who I said I was to receive the food. My food also sat for a good minute when I ordered it and they put the ice cream in bags..? Anyways… I don’t recommend ordering off the app unless you need to because you’ll be treated like you’re stupid.
