DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is very unprofessional and care nothing about their guests. I came to this restaurant yesterday and they were closed at 4pm in the afternoon when they were clearly supposed to be open per the listed hours. I come the next day and they are open, but as you noticed in the picture, I couldn’t try a fountain drink because the manager had taken down all the drinks an hour before closing so that she could “clean the machines and remake the drinks” Which was a complete LIE. When I first came in the restaurant, she was in some dingy blue jeans and t shirt. Just before 245, she went to her car and got a change of clothes and came out looking like she was a manager at a real restaurant. So then it made perfect sense… She was compromising the needs of the restaurant, so she could go out with her man immediately after work, or go to a job Interview. Smh. Sad and Embarrassing. I won’t ever come back to this location. Waste of money and poor experience. WORST OF ALL… HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I hope the owner sees this and not the GM. Cause this place needs NEW MANAGEMENT

I ordered 10 meals to be delivered to a spa for a bachelorette weekend. I live in MD and randomly picked this restaurant because it was close to the spa. I’m glad I did! Food was GREAT. Everyone was raving about the different sandwich and salad options we got. Everything was packaged great and delivered on time! I highly recommend!

They hired a male and female that don’t wash their hands, brush their teeth and steal from the register. Their names are Eric Davis and Sasha Smith. Eric is my old roommate and my mom’s old coworker and he had an ultimatum to quit cvs or risk getting looked into for stealing from the register. So he admitted to stealed at least twice, and he quit. Or else he would of been fired. This is a favorite place of mine to get food when I am sick and now I can’t in fear they will spit in my food.

Staff was very rude about not allowing delivery drivers to use the restrooms, quoting a “no public restrooms” policy. Delivery drivers are crucial in today’s world and are *not* general public or someone randomly walking in from the street. Drivers are representatives of paying customers in the restaurant’s eyes and should not be treated as less. Those same drivers represent the restaurant in the customer’s eyes and that attitude will be passed along.

230 pm on a Friday place was closed went to pick up a doordash order… if you re closed on a Friday hours before you’re supposed to why not let the system know, felt bad for the buyer had to tell them sorry this place is closed and a waste of my time as well

The soups and sandwiches were awesome. The service was excellent. Very friendly and informative. Would recommend. We were only passing by and have never been here. We almost ate at the BBQ place next door but decided to change it up and was glad we did.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff members. I was completely and utterly shocked with how dismissive and aggressive the manager was. My sister and I placed a group order and she made it so obvious how frustrated she was and how badly she wanted to leave and close the store. She made us feel incredibly unwelcome and told me “You’re done” when I wanted to make an additional small order then proceeded to basically kick me out of the store. This was my first time in awhile going to Zoup and I will not be returning to that location. Despite this mistreatment, my sister and I were still extremely polite and understanding to her “exhaustion” and aggressive demeanor. I am still floored and have never been treated in this kind of manner.

Went to the establishment an hour and a half before they were closing. They were out of almost all the soups they had advertised. There was no one in line ordering ahead of us, just two people waiting to pick up. Took 15 mins for someone to greet us. The girl behind the counter was complaining about customers being in the store and all the orders they were fulfilling. She was also screaming at her coworkers the entire time we were in the store. After a nice guy took our order he left the floor to get away from her complaining and yelling. Don’t think I will be going back anytime soon.
