SCRATCHING FOR CASH
Today is July 18th 2023 and I gotta tell ya, I was not impressed at all by the chicken. I watched the lady picking through the chicken tray for my bucket and figured she was looking for plump juicy hot fresh chicken right? Well, NOPE when I got home it was the most overcooked, dry, smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. This was $25 and everyone is still hungry because the biscuits were hard as a rock, chicken was horrendous, the potatoes were watery and the gravy was cold. The only good part was the half filled coleslaw we received. What’s the point of the big containers if you only fill them half way? The same goes for the potatoes and gravy! We paid for full containers and we expected full containers which we didn’t get. The entire meal was a flop. I’m extremely disappointed and unhappy about our meal as it is not cheap to eat there to begin with. There wasn’t 1 customer in the restaurant other than me. KFC used to be so hot and delicious but not anymore. This is at least my last 3-4 meals there haven’t been good at all and I always thought maybe I came at a bad time, or maybe it was a new cook but I’m pretty sure that this is just the new norm for them as it is consistently getting worse and worse. Sorry KFC but there are other places to eat at very close to you and if you aren’t willing to read these reviews and do something about it, then I will be forced to eat elsewhere and by the looks of the reviews I’m not the only one that feels like this. Maybe you should start contacting people with these types of reviews and figure out the problems. The employees were nice and the restaurant seemed clean enough to eat in so having an empty restaurant at dinner time should tell you something is wrong. Thanks for taking my money ($25) and not holding up your part of the bargain, again……

They asked us if we wanted light or dark meat. We (my husband and myself) told them light. We had hoped we would have gotten at least one piece of breast knowing that we would get a back and leg. We got two backs and a leg. Why did they ask if we would only get dark meat?

Consumer BEWARE!! We ordered from this location today and everything was at least a day old. NOT FRESH!!! Biscuits harder then a rock coleslaw disgusting gravy runny and look at the chicken. Definitely can tell it’s not fresh.. DO NOT EAT HERE

My food was fresh, but I had to opt for a tenders bucket meal (more expensive) instead of an extra crispy chicken bucket meal because they apparently had no chicken but original, an hour and twenty minutes before closing. The cashier was also a little rude and snappy. It’s fast food what do you expect 🙂

I ordered a chicken meal for my son and a fish meal for me since it is a Long John silver’s as well. My fish fillet was very small/thin…. Not at all like the ample thick filet that they used to serve. It was dry as well. Such a shame because they used to really have good food. The outside was very dark and as I passed I had to really look to make sure it was open. This was at 5:30 in the evening! The lady that waited on me was extremely friendly and gave wonderful service.

The worst drive thru service I have been through. Ordered a 12 piece chicken tender family meal about a half hour ago. Got home with it a few minutes ago. All of the tenders are burnt and rubbery like they sat for hours. They gave me no butter fo my biscuits which are also hardened. And my sides which were two sides of mashed potatoes and a side of macaroni and cheese were all only about a scoop.. Worst and I do mean worst service. The lady that rang me out was different from the one that handed me the bag. So I knew they knew what they were handing me. I think it was the manager which should not be a manager or this is the kind of service they give she had short hair. I would not trust kfc in Somerset or I would double check my order before I left the place if I was anyone that goes there from now on. Bottom line is they will not have my business ever again. It cost almost $40 for this meal and they didn’t even give me a receipt.
