We checked to see if Potbelly was in our neighborhood and found out that a sandwich store we used to eat at had become Potbelly, so we went there. Not only do you get to choose the type of sandwich, but you also get to choose two types of bread, and several fillings and sauces. We got the Avo Turkey and A Wreck. It was very easy to eat with just the right balance of bread and filling. The chili and mac and cheese soups also came in a choice of sizes and were very reasonably priced and filling.

I ordered the turkey and avacodo skinny, the steakhouse beef, and a bowl of loaded potato soup. The packaging was nice, it kept everything warm.. but I wasn’t impressed with the food. It was good enough, but next time I’m craving a cup of soup and a sandwich, I’ll go with Panera for just a few dollars more. I was excited about the Zapps chips, though.

Pretty good first experience! The staff were spectacular, the prices were about average for the quality but the food was a bit underwhelming. I got the Italian and I was hoping for better than subway, but no luck. The other sandwich, the meatball, was, however better than subway. Also the chairs were not as comfortable, but that’s minor

A decent sandwich shop that produces a decent sub. The “A Wreck” sub was quite tasty and had a fine balance between meats, cheese, and veggies. I enjoyed the fact that this establishment toasts their subs, as it added another dimension of deliciousness. The pricing was a little bit more than other, similar establishments. The customer service aspect could also be improved. The restaurant had decent seating.

Loved the sandwiches here… Amazing onterior. We had tried Mediterranean, tuna and gyro sandwiches. Gyro and Mediterranean we’re really good. Best part was the crispy bread. They do have an option to order Tru the mobile app and pick up in store without waiting in lines. Once when we were late to pickup and they just made a fresh one and threw the old one away as it was cold with out us even asking for it

The sandwiches are good quality but overpriced. You’ll pay anywhere from $15-18 depending on size for just one. They also have this misleading thing where if they screw up your order you’ll get a coupon for a “free sandwich” which the coupon proclaims in big bold words. However it’s only for a regular size which is hidden in very fine print. So even if they mess up a larger size you’re out of luck. Not very good customer service if you ask me
