Bought a single butter buger combo meal with an additional patty on the side. I received 1 patty with no bun. Paid for a meal and the additional patty to get this!! If you want repeat customers, you better get with it. I was in a hurry to work that day and could not go back to get it corrected. I will never recommend this location to anyone. Management even had no decency to get back to me in this regard. Signed, a very unsatisfied customer!! Thank you for your response. I am very disappointed by the fact that my meal that was completely wrong and was missing items. It was not offered to me in a coupon or credit.. I spent my money for some food that was wrong, and you just want me to write more reviews???? What about the food I actually paid for? Get it right and I might start buying from Culver’s again. Horrible service from the employees as well as the store manager.

Terrible service at the drive through! The kids working are either goofing off at the window or the young girl manager and one other guy will stand there arguing why they can’t put 2 scoops with hot fudge in a cup even though I didn’t order any food. They waste more time arguing vs just making the dessert. The kids are lazy at the Fox Lake Culver’s! I don’t have any issues at any of the other Culver’s stores getting the desserts at the window. They just do it immediately. I talked to Zack the owner of the Fox Lake store and he said if I tell them when I order at the speaker I want it at the window that shouldn’t be a problem. I made a mistake going back to Fox Lake. Lake Zurich has no problem serving the custard at the window. Fox Lake was Terrible 3 times in 3 weeks so I won’t be going back. Maybe their service will improve when they lose more customers. I highly doubt it!

Horrible customer service!! Ordered a culvers deluxe with bacon and everything on it and a strawberry shake. when food arrived the burger had nothing on it. Waited an additional 20 minutes for the shake while 4 other groups that ordered after me got there food already! Younger manager lady was arguing with customer over ice cream. The crew just standing behind counter. Cook running food out side how is that sanitary? Highly doubt I will be back at the location ever again has definitely gone down hill the last few years

Been to several Culvers nationally. Kentucky, Alabama, Illinois. Reasonably consistent no matter where you go. I’ve been to this location several times, and it does not disappoint. Crew is helpful, on the job, busy, well groomed, and careful. No complaints at all. Food is okay, I always get the fish because. Suggest changing the fryer oil more often in Fox Lake. Expensive, I know, but worth it in the end. All things considered, well done all. I’ll be back.

The food here is delicious! It’s alway fresh and hot when you get it. The employees have awesome customer service skills. Some of our family favorites are the mushroom burgers fish sandwiches, onion rings and their strawberry shake are so fresh tasting! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Went there tonight ordered 3 cups of custard to go. Asked if we could have lids and put them in a bag since we walked there. Employee Bella carried 3 cups with spoons in custard and just handed them to us. No bag no holder no lids. When I asked for lids and a bag she seemed very annoyed. After a long wait she walked past us with someone else’s order, stopped briefly and tossed the lids (only 2)on the table. Still no bag as requested. At this point we gathered up everything and went up to the counter. There we received our 3rd lid and a bag and assembled everything ourselves. Bella was very rude and disrespectful. We said nothing and left.

We were out for a walk. love that we can always count on Culver’s for healthy options! Gluten free bun for my mushroom and swiss burger! A treat! As we’re not eating many cheeseburgers lately…and a side of broccoli! Hubby had a delicious salad.

Not a particularly friendly greeting at the drive thru window and not paying attention to the order. The order as delivered and discovered at home was missing an order of french fries and the order of fries that did get included were soggy. The Rubens that were ordered were quite good.
