Stopped by IC for lunch per my wife’s suggestion and had a great experience! I had the Fire on the Mountain burger, and that SOB was yummy! Although not even remotely spicy, but I get it. I like to cook with jalapenos and it really is hot or miss on the spice level, I’ve had a ton of super mild jalapenos. The wife has the Cali Chicken and subbed with a “small side salad” per the server. Let me tell you, that thing was huge lol, it was awesome! Trying to cut back on lunch brews so I will certainly return to partake in there tap list, which at a glance, seemed pretty nice.

My first time here last week and I really enjoyed everything. The Tuesday morning burger was excellent! The bartender Kaylee was quick and superb service. The hostess and waitress that I met were pretty amazing as well (can’t remember their names). But overall great staff!! I love that people can bring their dogs. The prices were pretty typical. Thanks for the great food and service.

Large patio (that allows dogs). The whipped feta app was delicious. The ingredients in the grilled chicken sandwich were fresh and delicious. Great to be able to have grilled cauliflower as a side rather than the standard fries. Dining companion had a salad and it was large enough for two meals. Service was prompt and friendly, without being intrusive.

First time at IC and we were impressed! Burgers were great and happy hour prices on the good selection of local craft beers. Our server Kylie was very friendly and efficient and ensured our visit was perfect. We’ll be back!

Food was good but nothing to write home about. Truffle fries had a strong truffle smell but the flavor didn’t come thru as well as it should. Burger was cooked to perfection but the spice wasn’t there unfortunately. As for service everyone in the building had a smile on their face and was very willing to help

Lots of TVs with sports on.. We had wings with the garlic buffalo and hot buffalo, BYO burger and fired chicken sandwich, kids chicken nuggets and quesidilla. All were fantastic. The homemade ranch was herbaceous and tasty. Would definitely make this our #1 priority the time we are in town. Best food we have had in castle rock this weekend.

Food is always good, and the choices change, but the service is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really good, but other times you don’t see your waiter/waitress for a good while, and you’re left waiting for a drink refill or to get your check.

My wife and I were seated, and that was the last interaction we had with the staff. After 15-20 minutes, we got up, and while walking out the front door, the gal who seated us was busy chatting with some people with a dog sitting on the patio. She looked at us without concern and returned to her conversation. We walked over to the Library and had a great meal there. Reading other reviews, it’s clear to me the staff at I.C. Brewhouse isn’t attentive, and so we won’t be back.
