The Wilder Side
Wow, I had high hopes from previous years of patronage with this restaurant chain. This day not so much. There was a few people ahead of us and the line was moving slow although there’s numerous staff. As I was looking I noticed the only thing I liked was out (broccoli and steak). I requested could they please start cooking the items. No problem. Finally once everyone received their order headed home. Once home, high hopes failed quickly. The entree I choose didn’t have any meat and the broccoli was tough and hard. Fried rice with vegetables wasn’t edible.

The customer service was excellent, but the food was sub par. Noodles were dry yet oily, and rice seemed overly dry. The only sauce offered for egg rolls is the sweet n sour sauce.

Everybody is so friendly and happy, they really make you feel welcome and like family . I like Reni. Everybody is working hard and fast to get orders done and they’re not running each other over to do so. Overhearing employee conversation on how much food is left because they were starting to run out of everything. During my visit they ran out of 5 items. Very busy place but little to no wait time on food.

Truthfully terrible experience. 45 minutes into open and employee who took my order seemed flustered. Got a terrible plate because I wanted two entrees and she threw my original order into a different plate which I thought was the one I was trying to order anyhow. Then they forgot to give me my drink and walked away. I then took the drink cup myself and sat down. Ordered a second order of rice to make up for the nonsense I got served. All while no music is playing and the restaurant has the ambience of a failing one. Without corporate it wouldn’t have the tone to hit profits and survive.

Walked in and it wasn’t busy, ordered no problem. Was told it would be 10 mins for the entree I asked for, no big deal. Proceeded to wait 30 MINUTES. I was put on the back burner while 2 full lines of people were helped. Then noticed the entree I was waiting on had been cooked and the “manager” was filling other boxes with it. He was completely oblivious and seems to be every time we go there.35 minutes is pretty excessive, on top of that no apology or even acknowledgment of the wait time. Management is obviously an issue because I’ve seen 2 of them in a shouting match there before. Also there should be a more organized way to handle online orders so the people standing In front of you don’t get ignored.

AWFUL SERVICE. LIED TO OUR FACES! do not go here.. I really came here with my mom and my mom ordered first and then when I order they tell us they are out of teriyaki chicken when that’s all I get so I said well then never mind on that meal. I won’t get anything. As we’re checking out for my mom.. they yell out “TERIYAKI UP” and they served it to people behind us… They told us it was out and they had none instead of giving us the option to wait which we already had to wait in line for 20+ minutes to order and then another 10-15 minutes to checkout!! I was already waiting I would’ve waited for it. but no they like to just lie to their customers right to their face.

Food is great. However the service is not. I understand your mobile orders are important they just seem to take priority. The in store customers are there, waiting and the wait is extremely long. I could suggest putting a longer lead time on mobile orders so that the in store people can take priority.

Seriously the best Panda Express. The staff IG always SO kind and patient no matter how crazy it gets. Peter always has a smile on his face, we come in here pretty regularly at dinner time and I’m always impressed by the efficiency and cleanliness of the store. They were down to one chef and working their butts off. Amazing staff and tasty food!
