Stickball Special
Provolone, ham and salami. Ordering a #2 with salami instead of cappaculo became a mouthful for some of our hungry customers, so we gave it a name and a number to call its own. The Stickball Special comes with provolone, ham, and salami and truly knocks it out of the park.
Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.
The Original Italian

I’m a big fan of subs, that being said when I crave one I got to Jersey Mikes. This location didn’t disappoint. Sub was fresh made with plenty slices of meat. It’s my first time at this location and experience was 5/5. Will definitely return again when in the area. I will update if anything changes on my follow up visits.

Came in on Tuesday 2 days ago got my order paid with my credit card 16 dollars and change then they said ops we charged you for a cold sandwich and yours is hot .. I said ok let me pay the difference.. the said no we will give you a refund to your credit card and charge you again for the hot sandwich .. so they charged me 26 dollars for the hot sandwich and soda and I tipped 10% both times. The refund was never refunded to my credit card so that sandwich ended up costing me 45 dollars if you add in the tip .. the people that work there are either incompetent or crooks possibly both … I would love to to meet the person that hired them and give him a piece of my mind … Six people were there not one of them can work the cash register correctly… DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD THERE I personally will never step foot there again …they are incompetent thieves.

The food was delicious the bad this is customer service. This is my first time here and I felt rushed, I was looking at the menu without being on the way of people who was ordering so I could take my time. When I tried ordering the girls who helped was rushing me and trying to give me a bread I didn’t like. I asked if she could tell me what types of bread they have because I missed it on the menu and she was like look at the menu. When she could just had said it, I wanted my sandwich meat heat up in the grill and they told me they don’t have where to heat it. That they don’t have microwave. I asked it I could get it in the grill not if they had microwave. They for sure do not pay attention to customer. She avoided at all cost to get my sandwich heat up in the grill. She mentioned my meat will shrink and then that it will not taste the same. I know that, that’s the reason I wanted my sandwich heat up in the grill because it tastes better for me like that. And while that process literally they just wanted to finish doing my sandwich so I could leave. Very bad customer service never coming here again.

3rd time here and the first 2 were great experience. But this 3rd time was not good ordered 2 subs and both were incorrect. Missing 2 of the 3 meats of #5 and #13 was only cheese ham pluse 1 and was missing other meats. Not happy at all, and I gave a tip for incorrect food.

I’m a big Jersey Mike’s fan. The staff at this location seem very accommodating and kind. One in particular seemed unhappy, but maybe she was having a rough day. My sandwich was a bit soggy (I ate it immediately in the parking lot) because there was too much vinegar applied, so perhaps they could tone that down. I would return though.

Quick service appears to not be a priority at this location, which is a disappointment. The sandwich maker appeared to be in a daze as she took her very sweet time wiping off the equipment, while not paying attention to the 3 customers waiting to place their orders. Could have went to The Habit for as long as it took to finally place my order (the two in front of me had simple sandwich orders – nothing fancy). Will not come back during the week.

Best sandwich shop in Fresno. Let them do it Mike’s way…the best way. Very fresh meats sliced in front of you and very fresh veggies and condiments…plus the staff really want to make you a good sandwich….rare tobfind in the fast food industry….young people who give a hoot about their job and understand that customers are why they are employed….
